When i joined mphasis an hp company i was provided with a new pf account, there were changes in the company's brand and with out informing me my pf account was changed now to transfer the funds from my old account to the new account i was asked to fill in many forms and submit it however it is be taking ages for the pf team to transfer the amount from the old account to the new.
Its was not my fault can somebody check on this please.

Just need to know why your organisation is still working from office where whole pune it sector is lockdown

Fyi your firm is the only firm who is working in eon it park with late night shift considering legal team (Pune police) wont be taking action.
Writing this only highlight before i submit a legal complaint in court with whatsapp chats of managers and the screenshot of e-mail sent to us.

As i know your firm will give bla bla confirmation that "we are taking responsibilities of employee but i have saw my neighbour organisation giving up on sitiuation

I was working with mphasis from the year 2014 to 2015 and after i left the organization and moved to a new one i applied for online pf transfer request which got closed stating that the pf balance transfer has been settled with 0 amount and looking at this status i was under the impression that my pf amount has been transferred to the new account.

I recently downloaded my pf passbook and observed that there was no amount transferred from mphasis hence i raised a grievance to the pf department to check for the same and they closed the grievance stating "mphasis limited is a trust under epf and mp act 1952. The pf is maintained by the employer and the eps is maintained by pf office. On transfer of eps, epfo is transferring the service details with zero amount. For transfer of pf accumulation member is advised to contact with employer.' hence i now started contacting mphasis for the same

There is no other way of contacting the pf team apart from raising a ticket on their website where they have given a link to ex-employees however there is no way of either checking the status of that ticket or contacting any one and you are completely dependent on their response

I have raised several tickets via ref. Hr0045568/hr0045685/hr0045964 however every time my request is being closed without giving proper resolution or a response.

After getting my ticket closed with irrelevant and illogical responded i raised my third ticket via ref. I. E. Hr0045964 stating the complete story and also requested to call me back before i pick this up legally following which i got a call from priyanka from the pf team the very next day to whom explained the entire story who told me that she would get my case investigated and asked me to share some of the documents which i did on 14th jan'20 however since then i have not had a single response on my emails to her even after sending several reminders on that email each and every day.

This ticket has also been closed on 20th jan stating that i need to try raising online claim for transfer again and if i am getting any error then need to fill and send form13. Which i don't understand why? As per my last discussion with priyanka she told that she is getting this investigated and will also share an annexure k if my pf amount was transferred but i have no response from her.

This issue has been ongoing from almost 3 weeks now and i am tired of raising tickets and writing emails.

I really need help in getting this sorted.

This is to update you all that my mphasis pf account no is pybom[protected] needs to transfer to my current organization of genex pf account no : mhban[protected].

For the same i have send mail to postal address of banglore pf office however no response i have received and still my pf portal does not reflect the balance also.

Kindly suggest and do the needfull.

Hi,
I am Pooja was employed with mphasis 4 months back.
now i want to Withdraw my PF through online portal but i am unable to do so,
need help because my PF Account number is not linked with my Pan number.
Tried getting in touch with people from Payroll but there was no good response from them.
also all helpline numbers which are mentioned online to register your complain are not in use/not working.

Need help in this matter imidiately.

I am an ex-employee of mphasis ltd. And am currently working with bluejeans networks. I had not transferred my pf at the time of or after leaving mphasis.

Right now, i would like to get the pf to be transferred from my mphasis pf account to my bluejeans pf account.

Dear team,

With reference to pf num bg/bng/25075/103996, uan[protected]. Being rejected for pf withdrawal through online multiple times, i managed to send the pf withdrawal application offline on 2nd may and i got rejection mail on 15th may mentioning the signature field is missing when i was specific about it. Howevwr i have sent it again on 16th may and havent received any acknowledgmenet mail yet. Im in need of money and theres no response from the team, i am not abke to contact helpdesk as well and the link which they have shared in mail to raise queries doesnt work either. There are my frriends too complainong the same issue and its mentioned we would be receiving pf money within 7 working days. If someone giving manager round then company should want to give feedback for that person either he/she selected or not. If he is not clear first round also then there is no need. I'm giving interview of manager round in mphasis, they told me will give feedback at next week's but now before fifteen days i'm not getting any response from them so i think they have provide negative feedback also...

Since i was in production iam suppose to get paid an attendence bonus if iam present for the entire month. I was present for the 31days and didn't allow me to take any other leaves for that month though i had enough leave balance. Now after i left the organisation it's been informed that ill not get paid rs.4500 bonus since i was on notice period. This is really unfair and very dissapointing also. My manager has sent me an email on my official email inbox that ill get paid too. Since now i dnt have an email access i don't have any proof. But yes cam check with other collegues of mine they will have a copy.
Nothing is informed to me at all till i was working for the company.

Atm id gba 9012. Location bamangam. Bank of india. This atm is unserviceable for last six months. It is always out of service. I have complained customer care continuously for a week. But they did not turn their deaf ear to this problem. I want to ask mphasis why should boi pay for it. And the person responsible for maintaining it should be made accountable for it. Ispoke to mr markan, mr avida, mr rahul. All of them are not able to resolve the issue...

This is regarding my education loan... Total loan amount i applied for mba fees 243130... But they sanctioned only 34000 for the year of 2009 december am continously followed from the month of june... Then second year they didn't sanctioned my loan so i discontinued my mba... They spoiled my career
Now bank people there torturing for collecting loan amount n they hold my brother account because he given as a guardian (Guranteer) now he can't withdraw his own money n can't operate account... So for this kind cheepest i never expect from stat bank of india rasmecc vellore branch

I received a mail which is showing that the amount of my PF has been crecredited dited to my bank account but I still didn't receive any amount in my bank account.
When I enquired about the same issue in my bank they have suggested me to contact PF office. Then I enquired about the same issue in the PF office bangalore they have taken my PF number and informed that my PF doesn't belongs to their office. The same happened in mangalore PF Office also. Kindly resolve the issue. Thank you.
