With reference to above we want to convey you that we Allahabad Bank Old Station Squire Branch is having AMC with you for the on sight ATM attached to our Branch.
Since last six months we are facing lot of problems due to non replacement of defective batteries. During power cut or while making a transaction in ATM if power cut occurs customers facing lot of problems . Accounts debited but physical cash unable to dispensed. Hence daily we are getting dozen of complaints.
Matter was repeatedly taken up with your local representative Sri Gyana as well as his senior Sri Sanjib Kumar Gupta on thousands time. But they use to listen us in deaf year. They never even try to resolve our problem rather behaved in a manner which we do not expect.
Few recorded dates which was recorded by us during conversion are Dt. 27/06/2016, 01/07/2016, 11/07/2016, 18/07/2016, 19/08/2016, 29/08/2016& 15/09/2016 etc.
On the last time Mr. Gupta refused to help us and do anything. Says it is your headache, you resolve it. How a service provider taken AMC can say like that?
While asking for your companies email address and contact no of corporate office he denied to give us. Ultimately I have search it from the site and lodging complain.
I request you to take up the matter and resolve it at the earliest and take strong action against the person employed here as mentioned above who are not responding to the clients in right spirit.
