If someone giving manager round then company should want to give feedback for that person either he/she selected or not. If he is not clear first round also then there is no need. I'm giving interview of manager round in mphasis, they told me will give feedback at next week's but now before fifteen days i'm not getting any response from them so i think they have provide negative feedback also...
