Mphasis — Mphasis COVID19 Family Bereavement: Request to Correct Relieving Letter (Ready to Pay Dues)

I worked at Mphasis on 09 April 2021 to 3 May 2021 (Employee ID: 2434120). My father passed away during COVID‑19, and I exited operationally on 03‑May‑2021 but received a relieving letter dated 13‑May‑2021. Due to the incorrect relieving date, I am facing issues during background verification with my new employer. I have raised multiple requests on Mphasis service now portal as well. however, issue still exists.
I am willing to clear any penalties or dues, and I kindly request either an updated relieving letter reflecting the Last Working Day as 03-May‑2021, or an addendum letter confirming my operational exit date and clarifying that the delay in processing was due to the pandemic. Please help me regularize the document.
