Mphasis — PF not being transferred

Hi Team,

This is Vignesh, My employee ID with Mphasis was 2310500.

My PF account no : PYBOM[protected]

I have placed a request for PF transfer in EPFO portal and it says the claim is settled, however i'm unable to see the amount reflecting in the present org. I would need Annexure K for the transfer could you kindly help me with the same.
