Mphasis — PF transfer issue for emp id 02463012

I have transferred my pf from L&T infortech to Mpahsis and then mphasis to epam systems.
Finally PF amount transferred is only from mphasis to epam systems. Amount transferred from L&T to Mphasis is not transfrred

THTHA[protected] to PYBOM[protected]

Need to know why this amount is not added to mphasis account and the transferred in below transaction.
