[Resolved]  Mpocket — Repayment of loan failed but the money has been debited from my account but the loan shows active

I have repaid my mpocket loan of rs 999.82 via phone pe on 31/03/2023 but the repayment of loan failed and the money was debited from my account. So i opened the app and saw that the loan was still active after the repayment. I submitted a complain on phone pe and contacted my bank and they told me that the payment was done to the merchant. I tried calling mpocket but no one responded i am attaching some some screenshots. Please resolve my problem
