विषय: बिना बकाया के ₹5000 की गलत ऑटो-डेबिट ट्रांज़ैक्शन की रिफंड हेतु अनुरोध (दिनांक 03.05.2025)

महोदय/महोदया,

सादर निवेदन है कि मैं mPokket से संबंधित एक समस्या को लेकर यह पत्र लिख रहा हूँ। दिनांक 03.05.2025 को मेरे बैंक खाते से ₹5000 की राशि ऑटो-डेबिट के माध्यम से काट ली गई, जबकि उस समय मेरे mPokket खाते में कोई भी बकाया भुगतान शेष नहीं था।

कृपया नीचे दी गई जानकारी पर ध्यान दें:

I am abhishek aher and this mail is regarding loan settlement and closure. Since I was promised before that my penalty amount will be removed and I have to pay only principal amount but I haven't received any update regarding this.
I am a student and I didn't get any of the pocket money from my family. Also my family is facing a financial crisis.
I want to close the Mppoket loans. Hence I humbly request you to please remove the penalty amount and share me the link for making the final payment of the principle amount and provide me NOC for that.

I have tried to contact customer support and dropped many mails but got no response from anyone

I am writing to report an issue with mPokket. On[protected], I requested mPokket to delete my account and cease all communications. Despite my request and sending multiple follow-up emails, me, my friends, and family members continue to receive repeated calls from mPokket urging me to update my details and complete my profile.

My mpocket account reference number is REF34639562

This persistent harassment has caused significant inconvenience and stress. I am particularly concerned about the privacy of my personal information.

I seek an immediate cessation of all communications from mPokket and a confirmation of my account deletion.

I have unable to pay the lone with panalty becouse of the family financial issues, So they are pressuring by calling daily.So, i request to remove the panality so i can pay the total amount.

The reason for raising complaint here is bcoz thers is no customer support team for mpocket I found. I have been constantly making the payment every month on time however mpocket has charged me late payment fee this month since I forgot to pay, kindly waive the late payment fee and I will make the payment

I have taken 2000 rs loan from the Mpocket app on last year 24/07/23 via app i have delay the payment by one week i have paid the 2000 rs with interest and penalty charges now I applied loan for my personal in Cibil this was still showing overdue as marked now need to clear the overdue remark on my cibil report

I try to pay overdue amount but acrtivity page didn't show
Overdue transaction amount. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

But in CIBIL they still show OverDue and it affects my CIBIL Score. I raised complaint on there site but no response.

I have cleared all loan on 2021 but still now i have not got my noc form i have getting amy proper response from u coustemer service making 30 call per day sending 5 mail per day still no response from u r side

I borrowed a loan amount from a company named mpokket, it was 1k amount issued on 29th Nov. 2021 which I cleared in the month of Feb. 2022. But it is may now and after checking my cibil the loans still shows active even after paying full amount by the name of Jalanchemical. Because of this my cibil score is affecting badly. I tried emailing this company so many times but there is no response, the company is also not providing any NOC on that note. I request you to please take a strict action.
Also attaching images which show on 1 place it show as paid, and 1 place still active.

I have made my All overdue Amount on December 31st. And My Account Status is Active at All CIBIL bureaus. Kindly update my Account Status and send me a NOC certificate from Mpocket service. Am going to take a Loan and my Application is getting rejected because of Mpocket Account is still showing As ACTIVE ACCOUNT. Need A NOC certificate soon as possible on Monday. And Am attaching my Account paid Amount status too.

This is to inform you that I have taken loan of Rs 19500.00 and have made the payment of Rs.2000.00 and now the due amount is Rs.33468. I have requested the Mpocket to remove the interest and will make the payment in one go, as i have been in hospital for 20 days and have not received my salary, but mpocket is saying that they cannot remove the interest amount.
I am helpless now as i don't have job and the collection executive are calling me and threating me to put me on jail. Help me please.

I have taken loan of 15k due to COVID and family finical problems I have not done the payment. Now I am willing to pay the amount if you remove the pentaly charges completely.

I took a loan from M pocket of 11k in 2022, as I was unemployed I couldn’t repay it on time, now it is showing as 22k including interest. I spoke with one of their agent and he waive off it till 18k.. I paid 10k today as on 8/9/2023.. these people are still harassing me and my parents mentally. I request you to kindly take and action and request them to waive off my interest. I am ready to pay the borrowed amount
