I have closed all the loans There is no pending payments now. But it shows in my cibil statement that

I want NOC (No objection Certificate)
I have paid all the loans. There is no pending payments now. But it shows in my cibil statement that the loan is still active like that. Please close that and provide me the NOC ( No Objection Certificate ). I need to apply for my home loan. I am in need of that certificate compulsorily please give the NOC certificate. Please contact me or share your customer care number and i have maild you so many times but till now i didnt recieved any reply from you side. i request you to please send NOC.

Loan amount paid but loans are active And effecting my credit score
Took loan of 15k and due to some reasons paid loan late with full penalty amount of extra 10k ...it's been 2 months since ..loans are still active and effecting credit score.for whatsoever reasons there are not responding to emails please, kindly do the needful

Not removing loan from cibil score
I have contacted them zillions of time as i lost my number in 2020 and i have taken loan of 2000 that time which i m ready to pay on 2 shots bt they are not cooperating and asking me to pay 25000 which is very very unreasonable...they are harassing people and affecting cibil score

Regarding high interest and false money demand
I m in touch of mpocket since 1 year..i lost my phone in 2020 and that time i have taken loan of 2000 only and they told me that it was 10000 ...they send me legal notice in 2022 and then i contact them through my mail as i don't want them to give my contact number as they mentally tourtured you ..i asked them to contact me through mail..everytime they are sending same msg and asking for 23000 which is not possible to pay ..from last 4 months i m mailing them bt there is no response from team...i m ready to pay amount which i have taken that is 2000 and not a single penny extra ...bt there is no response...i m ready to move with all legal procedure as it is mentally harrasment and defamation case against them...

Loan amount did not credited to my bank account
I had applied 3 loans on mpocket one loan has been credited instantaneously other 2 has not been credited i am contacting customer care number and support team via mail till they didn't solved my problem and in the app it is showing that the amount is disbursed

Regarding my loan settlement
I have taken loan up of approx 8000 from the company and now their charging higher amount and their torturing me to pay the loan amount but I am not interested to pay the loan amount and I want to go for settlement and I request the company to please raise a settlement request and I will pay the EMI in monthly installments
