Mpocket — Showing overdue

I pay my first loan (500) but now show active. I did not know why this loan show active.
Now I will pay overdue amount.
How I pay overdue amount?
I try to pay overdue amount but acrtivity page didn't show
Overdue transaction amount. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

But in CIBIL they still show OverDue and it affects my CIBIL Score. I raised complaint on there site but no response.
