Mponline — Learner's License Application

I had applied for learner's license online on the mptransport website (eparivahan.mptransport.org) and after filling details they asked for payment through mponline and thus I paid the required amount to MPonline (mponline.gov.in) through my Paytm Wallet.
The payment us successful and after laying the page corrupted.
