Mr. Fit Tracker — no refund after waiting for more than 7 months and no one reverts on the email

I had bougth the band from mr. Fit tracker company (https://www.mrfit.in/product/fitness-band-activity-tracker/).

I had bought this in december and no revert after even giving them the band details no one revert.

I would request a solution for the same.

The product was not working and post talking to them after it was returned they were saying the product is ok, i had even emailed them videos of the product not working.

They have a guarantee of refund money.

Would request to look in to it
