Mr. Fit Tracker — no response on phone numbers or complaint emails

I bought a fit band few days ago, and found that it was not reading BP at all. I went ahead and tried contacting the customer care number, but the number never connects. I also sent an email to [protected]@fittracker.in and [protected]@fittracker.in but again no response. It's been 4 days now, and I'm clueless what to do next.

Please stop ignoring and do respond Team, I want my money back.
