I received fit tracker watch in january 26, 2019 from mr. Fit tracker (Fraud) company. They have sent used tracker watch with scratches and it is not properly functioning. So i returned in 7 days as they said complete money-back guarantee as advertised now also in their home page of website. But i did not get refund. I also shared my account number to their [protected]@fittracker.in. But they didn't provide refund.. I already raised grievance...

I have purchased a fit band from your company on 14/11/2018 by order no. 0885668. Fit band was working very well but now it is not working.
It could be due to charging issue because when i am charging it, it is not showing green lines.

Hi, i had ordered for fit tracker pro on 26/08/2019 which as on date i have not received and i have tried to mail their official site as well as tried to call them on their given contact no. But it is all in vain as the mails are not delivered and phone number does not get connected at any point of time may be office time or not please look into the same help me...

I had bougth the band from mr. Fit tracker company (https://www.mrfit.in/product/fitness-band-activity-tracker/).

I had bought this in december and no revert after even giving them the band details no one revert.

I would request a solution for the same.

The product was not working and post talking to them after it was returned they were saying the product is ok, i had even emailed them videos of...

I bought a fit band few days ago, and found that it was not reading BP at all. I went ahead and tried contacting the customer care number, but the number never connects. I also sent an email to [protected]@fittracker.in and [protected]@fittracker.in but again no response. It's been 4 days now, and I'm clueless what to do next.

Please stop ignoring and do respond Team, I want my money back....

The company is showing some other features on its website but the product is entirely different.
The display screen is small whereas on website the black shield is big, which gives an impression that the screen is big.
The display resolution is also poor you can imagine the phone displays of initial of[protected].

Moreover, the step count runs/adds whenever you are travelling on vehicle such as bike, auto-rickshaw...

I have made an order on mr. Fit tracker. They have provided fault product which is not working. I requested them to replace the product they agreed with it and they have informed with in 48 hours it will be picked up and new product will be delivered with in 5 days. But it is almost 4 days product is only not picked from me to replace a new one. This company is making a business on peoples health....

I have purchased a band with order i'd 10370 n received a used n defective one. I opted an indian brand over a chinese stuff cheated by my own countrymen pathetic. I've gone through few of complaints on d site n seen repeated reply some delivery guy might have changed d product. If it is true ultimately ur company is losing d name. Kindly go though d pictures what i have got today and kindly refund my money.

The product which i receievd in my first order was blue colour and in took lot time to exchange and the second when you people exhanged it you gave us black colour which is a duplicate watch there is no seal on it and it does not work.
The worst part is thr service you give us already i have fought regarding this many a times in call because you dont lift our calls only when there is a new order placed we get immediate calls.
