Mr Quirk — didnt receive my order

I saw mrquirk add on Instagram & ordered some cloth on 17 May 2019.I just get sms of order booking & delivery from mrquirk & one other sms of payment received from easebuz .There was no cash on delivery option so I make payment of 476INR by debit card. Now It’s been 3 weeks bt didn’t receive my order.I did email to them, in reply they r saying order is getting delayed & plz cooperate.with this complaint providing screenshot of sms & mail received from mrquirk .
Plz help me to get my order either my money back & send some frauds in jail .

I have ordered t-shirts on mr. Quirk on 7-5-2019 & my order number is 60620. I have not received my order Nor I have received my money back.

I have ordered product from Mr Quirk and I have paid the money via online payment. I m not getting any response from their side even they are not reply to my mail
