Mr Quirk — solid black hoodie size m is not received yet orders on 7th of january 2019

My order of solid black hoodie size m is not delivered to me till date. My order was on 7 th january 2019. I tried calling number provided but no one responded. Tried to mail but still no reply. Message on instagram also had no reply. I want my refund as soon as possible.
I have provided proof below. I hope strike action would be taken. If not i have to go for further action against your company.
