This order #46964, was ordered on March 3rd 2019 and haven't received the order and as the company had failed to deliver the same they had even sent an email regarding the same and haven't heard anything from them....

I ordered. But now only know about them...

Order was back in december 2018.
Its been more than an year now. Neither ihav got the products nor i hav got the refund. Its 800+ rupees. My hard earned money.
Online payment was the only option so i had to pay. All i m looking for is refund.

My order of solid black hoodie size m is not delivered to me till date. My order was on 7 th january 2019. I tried calling number provided but no one responded. Tried to mail but still no reply. Message on instagram also had no reply. I want my refund as soon as possible.
I have provided proof below. I hope strike action would be taken. If not i have to go for further action against your company....

I saw a online ad on instagram from mr. Quirk clothing's
I booked it by paying full amount that is 180 in rs but to my surprise i didn't receive the my cloth and no refund.
Their phone/email is also not reachable.

Still it was in processing stage only...
No response from a seller against a paid order.
Till now i had not got any message or any call frm their side.
I want a action towards them.
Plz help me to get my order or my money back.

I had ordered from mr quirk like 6 months ago and i am chasing them since then but yet there has been no refund as the promised me the refund as the product had gone out of stock. This company is a fraud as many people have reported them. I had ordered for 3 tshirts and they replied saying it's out of stock so they would initiate a refund and after that i'm following them for the refund but there is no reply or no email from there end. Please...

I had shopped from this site today and my total bill was of 160rs and they have given only online mode for payment so i had paid it through paytm upi and after my payment, the status of my payment is still pending.
I had complaint sbout this on paytm as well as i had sent an e-mail of the website.
Till now i had not got any message or any call frm their side.
I want a action towards them....

Well I haven’t received my product yet its been a month now, they don’t even reply now.
I have seen many complaints regarding them, i have also did some searching and investigation on this company.
I found a picture of a guy raktim sarma who used to work there on Facebook.
If anybody can help us to get our money back that will be a great help.
I am still working on it and hopefully will get more update on it....

I saw mrquirk add on Instagram & ordered some cloth on 17 May 2019.I just get sms of order booking & delivery from mrquirk & one other sms of payment received from easebuz .There was no cash on delivery option so I make payment of 476INR by debit card. Now It’s been 3 weeks bt didn’t receive my order.I did email to them, in reply they r saying order is getting delayed & plz cooperate.with this complaint providing screenshot of sms & mail...

This is a online company which said that they will deliver product in a week its been 4 months now neither they are refunding money nor there are any updates about shipment. Me with 40+ other customers have same issue, we got in contact due to a email thread created by mr Quirk they said they will refund money by 30th April

They assured that refund will be provided within last week of april its june going on and still no response...

I ordered 6 items from mr qurik.com, but no response i am getting from these peoples., payment has been made online.
There are no means to contact the website, as they do not have a toll free number, and they dont reply on live chat and e-mail as well.
Please look into this matter so that they stop fooling other people as well.
How to get my money back.. I want my money back. Please consider early as soon as possible....

I ordered 6 T-shirts from Mr Qurik.com, but the order is still pending since 07th may 2019, payment has been made online.
There are no means to contact the website, as they do not have a toll free number, and they dont reply on live chat and E-mail as well.
Please look into this matter so that they stop fooling other people as well.

I had ordered 3 t-shirts from mr quirk on 4th of may, i had done online payment. It's been 17 days now but they have not even sent me any email or sms.
If i go in tracking section in their website it shows processing since the day i ordered.
I have tried to e-mail them several times but they don't reply.

I see the add from instagram. The price is very attractive and price reasonable.
Then order sum of ruppes 400.
There is no cash on delivery option and i am paid money from my debit card. I got the email of order.
Order from 3days later... I don't got the order then i try to call them... They not responding of call and not of reply of mail.
Please don't order from mr quirk... It's fake and scam and big fraud...

It's been almost three weeks since my order was placed and i've not yet received any information regarding my order... I received an email on 20th that i will receive within 7-8 days but now it's been more than 10 days am i ever going to receive my order??? If not i would like to get a refund please...

I ordered worth rs.996/- of clothes on 5th april-2019. And i paid complete payment through net banking,. After few days i track my order, there is no response to my mails.
My order number is 52801. Till now i didn't receive my amount and no any response from them. Please take any action and do the needful.

I. Ordered my package on 14th march and today is 7 april and the order is still not recieced. And nor they reply on their mail as well as they have removed the order list from my account. I had made an order of a tshirt on 9th march 2019 from mrquirk site and made an online transaction. then i got message that your order is now shipped and will be deliverd within 10 days around 19th march.. then after some days i got a message from the site that our site is temporary blocked for maintenance.. we will be back after 60 hours.. i waited for 5 more days but now its been more than 20 days i have not received my order yet.. i tried...

I have order clothes from mr quirk.. I have gave money to them by online transaction... And they told me that it will be delivered to u by 9 days... After 15 days i started calling the but they automatically reject calls then i have taken there live chats support but there also no reply... Then i have registered complaint of mr quirk on other site from which they have given me reply and ask me what was ur order and sry for the product......

I made an order # 44114 (Amounting to rs. ₹567.00) on 25th feb. The order was accepted however it got cancelled on 9th march citing lack of available stock.

I was asked to provide the mode of payment by which i would want to have my refund (Which i immediately did on 10th march - asking them to refund via my paytm number)

On 11th march i got an email that my refund would be credited within 3-7 working days...

I have ordered two combo of black grey and white t-shirt size m with order number #46963 of rs.498 on march 3, 2019, which has been already paid through online payment. Now it has been already 15 days passed but i didn't received product and they suspended my account from mr. Quirk. Also i am unable to get any responses from customers care.

I ordered 11 tshirts and one hoodie from mrquirk.com ([protected]) on 17 february 2019. After that i tried to contact them by email and by call but they never replied. There are no way to contact them right now so i m worried about my money. The amount is already paid. This is a serious fraud case and many guys like me are fooled by the website so i request the consumer complaint forum to take the matter seriously.
