Mr Quirk — no response and no delivery from the seller.

My order was placed on december 31, 2018,
Still it was in processing stage only...
No response from a seller against a paid order.
Till now i had not got any message or any call frm their side.
I want a action towards them.
Plz help me to get my order or my money back.
Their phone/email is also not reachable.
Pls find the details of company...!!!
