After the sundden burst of tyre i send the tyre to dealer for claim but company is refusing for claim i have purchased tyre few months ago only.. I m using mrf tyres for more than 10 yrs but this is the first time i am not satisfied with your service I request you to please change my tyre kindly do needful for you loyal comsumers

I purchased 02 Tyres from Mankapur (UP) fitted in Swift Dezire Rear wheels.In less than a month left rear tyre (inner side)just broke on Utraula Road corner in Balrampur maintaining speed around 60 Km/hr in the evening 0530hrs.
Shown to nearby Dealer Gaur Tyres who spoke to Mr Aditya Goyal of MRF Tyres Lucknow.Mr. Aditya flatly refused and said it is not material failure but due to Driver's negligence.
My concern is about second tyre also which may fail as was fitted same time.Also it not safe travelling without extra wheel (Stepney)

Dear team
I have purchased from your dealer named harsh Tyre saket nagar kanpur up 208014 of my bike
Tyre was cracked under warranty but dealer in charge refused to change it
I am a professional and will take legal action against dealer

kindly resolve the issue asap or change the tyre otherwise I will take legal action
because many more customer had suffered from his behavior

Sir I purchased MRF Tyre for my Renault Duster on 09/02/2022 from Varun wheels in Visakhapatnam, after 1 & 1/2 month noticed big crack on the side, Immediately visited purchased place they suggested to inform the MRF Tyre
dealer regarding the issue, Visited MRF dealer located in Auto Nagar Visakhapatnam on 04/04/2022, After inspection they given a report saying that it is not a manufacturing defect, this could be happened due to sudden impact with sharp object, Sir after replacing my old Tyre with new MRF tyre I didn't driven out side city and the damage which can seen is not indicating what dealer said like, Please find all attachment's and damaged photos of the tyre section, Please do the need full.

My car has MRF company tyres which is guaranteed

I Advocate Deep Chachan I had purchased the Activa 5G in June 2019 and the company has provided me the MRF tyre stating the warranty and guarantee of 6 years and 10-15 days back approx on 26/03/2022 I had found the huge air bubble in my rear tyre i had raised the same issue to the company the company stated that this air bubble is not the company fault you have to purchase the new tyre. As its clearly shows that the Air Bubble is the fault of the company how the customer can create the bubble it is seems that there is a manufacturing defect and the company is not ready to replace my tyre and its clearly seems that company is doing injustice to the customer by providing the warranty and guarantee and cheating the customer and making the customer fool and doing injustice.

So its my humble request to the Indian Consumer Complaint Forum to look into the matter do justice to me.

Worst service experience by the company as there is a huge bubble in my tyre which is the fault of company than also company is saying that the bubble is becase of you we are not responsible for that this clearly seems to that the company is cheating and making fool to the customer and this is not justice to the customer as per the company norms as the bubble is not because of customer its fault in company and company stating that there is a warranty or guarantee of 6 years and i have not completed 3 years till now and it approx 26000 km and stating that company cant reace your tyre its clearly seems that company is cheating the customer and making fool to the customer and this is not justice to the customer

I bought a 155 R-13 MRF tyre from the dealer in lucknow named SHRI BAJRANG TYRE in new market, Kaiserbagh. After a few weeks it got swelled up and when i return it to the dealer for warranty claim they said in response that take the other company tyre from me that tyre the company deny to service it.Its been about a year and they didn't even gave me any document proofing the warranty claim. They are just buffing me around.I have tried many times to get help from customer service of yours but it couldn't make it. I am writing this hoping to get a helpful response from you. Eagerly waiting for your reply.Please help! Here I am attaching the receipt of the item which I only got from the dealer.

Hi mrf team, I m not happy with the tyre of bike the front one it has cracks all over and bubbles while driving the bike I need the tyre replacement as quick as possible

Air leakage from car tyre. And when i went to dealrs they didn't helped me in any manner. Intraction with dealr was not good. I used to purchase tyre from mrf on regular basis for all my vehicles but seems should not suggest or buy in future

सर मेने 24/3/2021 को महबूब टायर्स पचेवर वाले से मेरी मोटरसाइकिल के लिए MRF का टायर खरीदा वह टायर 7 महीने में ही एक जगह से फुल गया तो मेने उस टायर को बदलवाने के लिए 21/11/2021 को महबूब टायर्स पचेवर वाले को दिया आज तक 4 महीने हो गये जब भी में टायर लेने जाता हु तो वह बोलता है की आज नहीं कल आ जायेगा ! सर मुझे वह 4 महीने में 10 बार चक्कर लगवा चूका है लेकिन आज तक मुझे टायर नहीं मिला !

Please replace the tyre..i buy a front tubeless tyre in Haldia for my R15v2. date 16/02/2022. After refiling air 2/3 days tyre air presure became zero for tyre side wall tyre extra hair..which is faulty product..i faces so many problems..please replace it..
