My tyre got a cut and mechanic said that he can't fix it and this is a big hole. I don't know what to do the quality is very worst

I submit the tyre for inspection at MRF Mani Mazra and they rejected it by saying that there is no any manufacturing defect . what to do now
I am very disappointed with the quality and service.
Now tell me after usage of 20% tyre I need to through it
And will never use MRF in my future and also not recommend anyone to use this thermocol tyre.

Dear mrf company i saw that mrf operation manager is cheating mrf and he is making money illegally.
I saw that all the rejected tyres are been adjusted and selling the rejected tyres at cheap rate. When ever he gets the rejected tyres he just sell them at low cost tho the people directly without any sshop involvment.
During feburary first week he sold so many tyres illegally.He is using some dealers bills to sell the rejected tyres to make it legal.I hope you would take a strict action regarding this and save mrf company reputation.

Purchased Zlx tyre on 10th Feb a week before from Delhi Tyre Expert Kalkaji for my Grand i10 and while returning to my hometown found some unusual noise from tyre, i saw that tyre had an extra rubber at edge and very minute cut around the same which is a manufacturing defect and hence need replacement, I purchased this tyre in 4200rs. I want to replace my tyre with new one, purchased only a week back and found defect on same day. Please support.

This is really frustrating and life threatening issue with mrf tyres. my mrf tyres are getting punctured, damaged and burst very frequently. And the dealer has denied to not even send the tyre to the company for replacement although the tyre was brand new. It is really sad I have trusted this company and bought all mrf tyres but not anymore if this is the kind of response I am going to receive. Still i would request the management to jump in and get my tyre replaced or compensate me for the same. As this is life threatening as well. I bought the tyre from Deoli branch in Rajasthan

I have purchased a bike (Yamaha FZ-X) to SS motors Sagwara Dungarpur Rajasthan 314025.

कृपया मुझे अवगत कराने का कष्ट करे की, टायर में वारंटी केवल उसे बेचने तक ही सीमित है या वाकई में उसका कोई फायदा उससे ग्रसित ग्राहक को मिलता है..?

मैने बजाज एवेंजर बाइक का ट्यूबलेस टायर लगवाया 17/03/2020 को लगवाया था एक हफ्ते पहले उसमे मुझे उसमे दाहिनी तरफ एक बड़ी दरार दिखी, तो तत्काल मैं उसे दिखाने के लिए शोरूम पे गया, और उन्होंने देखते ही बस बोल दिया की ये कट लगा है इसकी कोई भी वारंटी नहीं होगी।
मैने बोला की टायर बेचते समय तो बिना किसी शर्त के टायर को बदलने का प्रावधान बताया गया था और अब आपके घटिया टायर में दिक्कत आया तो आप मुझे नियम समझा रहे है।

मैं आप को ये सुनिश्चित करना चाहता ही की वो कोई कट नहीं है ये बस बहानेबाजी हो रही है जिससे की टायर पे कोई वारंटी न देनी पड़े।

I have purchased new altroz xz and tyres are of MRF but my car is getting punctured again and again, kindly guide on replacement policy as my car is just one month old.

This is to put in your concern that I Sahil kumar has replaced my Harley Davidson street 750 bike tyre on 22/01/2021 invoice no.-937, from Jyoti tyre sales & service(Authorised-MRF Franchise), shop no-1, tha krna market, south city-2, sector-47, opp.Good earth city center, Gurgaon, Haryana, while driving back home I faced issue in bike there was some sound coming from rear tyre of my bike, when I stopped and check my rear disc brake was loose, so I directly visited to the nearest service centre, where they are saying that my wheel bearing and disc is damaged, for which they have given me estimate to change parts around Rs[protected], When I called at Jyoti tyre sales & service team I told them the same, they are not ready to accept that there is a fault on there end, reason might be lack of technician knowledge or lack of proper tools, yesterday itself I have serviced my vehicle before changing the tyres, so there is no point in that my vehicle was damaged before installation of tyres.I request you to please look into this matter and bear the damage cost, I’m attaching my recent bike service record by Harley Davidson authorised service centre & tyre purchase bill from Jyoti tyre sales & service I hope you will be back with a good resolution.

Dear sir,
I am informing you that the I have purchased new baleno Delta in month of Dec 2021.running status 2105 km only and his dring side tyre is blast on standing mode so please look into the matter & resolve the issue.

On 01/11/2021 I bought the Yamaha FZ-X from Yuvraj Automobiles, D-57/56A Sidhigiribagh, Road, Sigra, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221001. From day 1 the rear tyre has been losing pressure I took it to Yuvraj Yamaha Automobiles Varanasi and mailed this problem on the complaint portal of Yamaha motor India for rectification.

Complaint portal replied to me, We request you to please visit the Dealership that they are ready to assist for the same. The dealership did not take any responsibility or liability. The dealership said that MRF will exchange your tyre. When I reach the MRF office, the company is offering me a tyre for another motorcycle of another model. It’s been two and half months since purchasing the motorcycle and I am not able to use it.

The MRF Varanasi has told me that the Fz-x mgf rear tyre is not at present available.

As a manufacturer of YAMAHA and MRF, you will be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that reasonable repair facilities and spare parts should be available and at the time you should have informed me that you would not be providing them. I was not told this. It is not reasonable to expect me to wait indefinitely for a part.

As a manufacturer company should ensure quality control. Quality control is ultimately about customer satisfaction and safety.

Why a company is selling defective products in the market?

Why a company is manufacturing such a product if they are not able to maintain the supply?

If you cannot supply the part to complete the repair soon, I will be forced to file a complaint against you. Because of the company irresponsibility, I am going through a mental harassment.
