MRF Tyres Complaints & Reviews

Hi Team,
I have TATA Altroz bought on December 29, 2020, with MRF tyres installed. It has been only one year and got a big crack in tyre . The Kilometers covered by car are only 3124 KM till now. Within this small range and span, the tyre cracked and doesn't fulfil the MRF brand value. Can you please help here?

With due respect and humble submission that I Sri Prasant kumar Bhanja @ Guna babu, S/o- Late Nityananda Bhanja residing At- Deulipanchughanta, Ward no.-11, Po/Ps- Jaleswar, dist- Balasore, Odisha, Pin-756032 draw your kind attention that I have purchased a MRF Tyre having Tyre no. 900/16 T/R 707(18) and a tube of no. 900/16 and a flap from the distributor TYRE CARE, Jaleswar bearing GST no. 21AHLPP8646H2Z0 on dated. 20/12/2021 having bill no.2489 of amount Rs.12300/- . After that I fitted the above mentioned tyre of my tractor trolly bearing no. OD01X8986 and Chasis no. OD01SEW[protected]. Unfortunately on dated 10.01.2022 when my tractor was in my garage without any load I saw the said tyre wire came out and I found it got damaged. Then I went to the distributor with my bill to claim for replace the tyre, but they denied to replace and misbehave and threatened me. I am sure the distributor cheated me by giving an old stock or a manufacturing defect tyre.
I am belongs to a lower middleclass family and this tractor is my only source of income. I have to pay my monthly tractor installment and my family depends on it. Due to this I am losing Rs.10000/- per day now and I have no amount to buy a new tyre again to run my tractor.
Therefore I request you to treat this matter on urgent basis to solve otherwise I have no option to take the shelter of law.

Some time ago I bought a tyre. Right now the wires have started coming out of that tire. And the tire is completely damaged.

Got a new car from kia on 2nd oct20 and on 28th dec21 noticed the bubble in one tyre and approached kia service, they simply said it is not a manufacture defect and after long conversation they had sent a tyre to MRF and after couple of days they given a letter stating rejected due to polyester break/ pinch cut due to sudden impact… funny part is without inspection of alloy wheel how can they come to conclusion and it’s a simple inspection...

Tyre got bubble in 8 month, No change in tyre OR single puncture on tyre..Still got bubble..Very Bad exp.with MRF tyre..Will not prefer further MRF, Also will tell to everybody dont take MRF..Pathetic serive..Realy get hurted

Recently we bought 4 MRF tyres of my personal car tyres of Baleno. One of which is damaged. Went to dealer to replace which is in warranty. He refused.

I have bought tata ace in2019 which comes with mrf tyres. two of its tyres are found swollen which make it difficult to drive and need to be replaced.
kindly check into the matter and replace the tyres at the earliest

My car Hexa XTA was parked in covered underground parking slot of my building
It w AA s stationary for one day ie Saturday and on Sunday I found my car tyre driver side was flat and few cracks noticed around inside ring
Kindly reemburse according to warranty clauses. I bought new tyres in 2018

I found air/bulge in newly buy tyre within 15 days and now dealer is not ready for replacement by saying it was not in warrenty and it was due to external damaged. There Is no any external damaged in tyre.

I have car tyre mrf ecotread zvtv (TL) 195/65 R16 tyre for claim since 09/12/2021 and till now i didn't get any update about the where abouts of the tyre claim status. I have gave the tyre to MRF Shree Balaji Tyres....

I am purchased my bike Feb 2019, and my bike tyre have break issue last 6 months...it is tubeless tyre...automatically air decrease..issue

Very disheartened by the insensitive behaviour of branch manager and sales personnel in your bhiwandi dealer branch . We were handled rudely for bargaining of Rick tyres, on rates which we had bought it earlier too and to which they rudely insulted us upfront saying that we can do without such customers, they should have simply said if it was not feasible to them that's it, such type of behaviour with customer is not what we expect from such a reputed company. We went and bought the oppollo tyres same day from other dealer that to on reasonable price.

I change my tube in bike 2 days ago and today tube leaked...

I had bought a new car VolksWagen Polo 1.0litre Petrol in Ramani VolksWage n Tirupur, Tamil nadu, India. The car comes with brand new MRF tyres. Till date the car done 14925km only. I bought a car just 6 months back. I had a issue in both the front tyres. While i had refer with nearest MRF dealer. They said it was manufacturing defect. kindly resolve my issue and replace my tyres.

Charged extra amount for both tryers and tubes as refered in mrf website mention amount was too less then my invoice. I attached my invoice copy below for reference

It's fitted with 17 inch MRF tyre
In June 2021 tyre was Crack
And 2 ND time in November 2021 front tyre was Crack
Please change the tyre in warranty

Former complaint not solved submitted many times please solve the problem attached
