I H.sunil kumar, recently brought the mrf rear tyre at mrf showroom tekkali .srikakulam, A.P.
Now i faced issue With the new tyre and I just travelled 300km ... after that i found a small crack on right lateral surface . I am using mrf tyre since 10 years. But i never face such problems . While purchasing the tyres the showroom is not provide invoice copy also.
From my side i submitted the tyre for the physical quality check on 29th November. I got a call from customer service they told me that is not comes under a manfacturing defect..
I completely unsatisfied with their response because its a new tyre I didnt expect such a quality from mrf tyre .kindly look into this issue do the needful as soon as possible.

I purchased MRF ZLX TYRE for my Hyundai Xcent in July 2021 at DEEP TYRES At Post. GADHINGLAJ Dist. Kolhapur Maharashtra. After 4000km I found Bubble/Blister/Airtrap on Tyre. I visited to Dealer for claim but Dealer refused to settle the claim for the reason that it's not a manufacturing defect. Pls look after my complaint and settle the claim as early as possible.I attached photo of the Tyre.

I purchased the Ford Figo aspire 2017 modal with registration number HR08W33597 and the meter reading of the car is 28000 (us of vehicle: the services and balancing of the vehicle are done on time and properly but from the last two months I am facing problem due to humming in all the tyres. The humming is too much that it’s difficult to drive the vehicle and its increasing day by day.Today when I approached the Vadodara-based S.P ford service center they told me that the problem is due to a defect in the manufacturing of the tpres not related to engineering or any other reason from our end. The situation becomes more irritating when the local dealer or distributer told me no replacement or correction is possible in this case.
Now, after spending the Rs. 7 Lakhs I am feeling that there is no value for money and comfort of the customers, there is no quality assurance. I fully trust the brand name of your esteem organization and believe that my problem of humming will be shorted out genially otherwise it would be difficult for me to appreciate the brand name with the mouth of wards.
I am highly dissatisfied with the response received from the company representative and hope my problem will be sorted out shortly.
The Details/ number of the tyres are as:175/65R14

The tyre is 6 months old and is run only for 3800 kms.
I see a bulge in the sidewall of the tyre. The replacement under warranty is rejected.

This is not acceptable to sell the low grade product that can claim the passenger life. Would request for the tyre to be replaced underwarranty

Purchased four tyres for my car on 31.08.2021 from M/s. sandeep Tyres, Dwarka Delhi and after passing one month (08.10.21) o[censored]se, tyre fitted at rear got blasted while just started after green signal on a plane road in Dwarka, delhi. The same was reported and tyre was deposited to the same dealer to whom purchase was made vide claim forwarding document no 757217. I am hocked to see the reply from company that this is not manufacturing defect and could not be processed. Barely in one month new tyre is blasted and company is not ready for replacement, it means company is selling spurious product to the customer.

Kindly look into this as nobody in company nor dealer is co-operating for resolution of my complaint.

Please do something to this complaint.I bought 4 new mrf tyres in consecutive months from 2020 dec 31st and now one it was blasted when I was going night through a stone paved road .Then I reached nearest dealer of mrf tyres.Then they checked tyre and said that there is nothing to do this complaint and company will not take action to this and you had better to buy new tyre.they didn't give any help to this.please take any action to this .This is a very bad experience from a well known company.I didn't expect this from mrf.

Please refund my tyre..as this is manufactering defect as tyre found with airtrap/ blister on side wall,

I got the text today (13 November, 2021) - "Dear Customer, your claim item under no.[protected]" (Sl. No. 4518) is accepted against payment of Rs. 1703/- incl. GST. for details contact dealer. MRF Limited".

I want to request the refund online. As dealer put the my claim receipt copy with himself and dealer is not refunding the amount.
Even I bought 2 MRF ZTX from him last week.

Rear MRF Tyre Bulding from both sides, bump can be seen clearly.

My self karam choudhary lives in pathankot punjab.I Bought a new car hyundai with MRF tyres.my new car hyundai venue SX only drive 3000 km, my car MRF tyre blast.I Was shocked how it this happens, .please register my complaint to MRF company.

After 17000km found rear tyre got creak in many place as shown in picture.
This creak was happen in all steps may be problem in tyre design. kindly check and give me corrective solution as earlier. my mobile no [protected]

I bought MRF tubeless Tyre from Tyre Zone Digiana Jammu J&K on 28 Dec 2018 and is used very less have been cracked from side, So it is requested to replace the same immediately

We were purchased Set of 4 MRF TYRE on 20.11.2020 from AGRAWAL TYRES, 522, CHANDAN NAGAR, NAGPUR[protected]/65R14 79H ZLX TL) with guarantee/warranty of 5 year/60000 KM.
Within a very short period of 9 months from the date of purchased, tyre of your company was brusted during running of Car (front tyre of left side). Fortunately any unpleasant incident not happened. After that we have been contacted to AGRAWAL TYRES but neither responded nor replaced our tyre. Thereafter we were approached to service centre MRF FAST at NAGPUR but they also not responded and not released tyre.
The leader company of the segment not fulfilling their commitment toward their customers for products failed on quality and merit of the product. What means guarantee/guarantee policy of the company. How customer believes on your dealer and service centre.
Please look into the matter and give us replacement of tyre immediately, otherwise we are free to approach Consumer Forum for loss and risks of human life involved in the incident.

I have bought two mrf tyres on 18 jan 2021 from new mane tyres, latur, maharashtra. At that time my car's running was 73713 kms and that time i had done alignment and balancing of my car. Now my car's running is 79798 and my both the tyres became unusable in just 8 months. I want my tyres to be replaced as early as possible.

Tyres in air

I purchased Tata Hexa vehicle on 08/08/2017. After driving 43000 Kms one of my rear tyre MRF 235/55/R19/105 T become unservicable due to wires coming out from rubber. No irregular wear and tear is seen. Seems manufacturing defect. Replacement required.

It is for shivashakti tyres. The complaint is about exchange of Tyre or amount refound. The tyre is not fire the bike 🚳. After knew that also the are not ready refound money at all the company employees behaviour is not so good and management is also too bad. They don't know about how to treat customer and services is wasteless

Please replace the tyer

I have purchased a tyre for my bike as on 30-09-21 however as on[protected]within a month) the tyre is blown out while driving. When I went to seller he refused to change the tyre which is under warranty. I need my hard earned money back or my tyre to be replaced from the seller
