My bike rear tyre fzs was cracking and many place bubble like soft

Sub: Request to revisit my request to replace MRF tyre.
Ref: Your regret letter stating tyre was damaged as a result of “The tyre is damaged / repaired”.

Dear Sir,
The top variant of the vehicle (KIA SONET Diesel) was purchased in the month of September 2020 in its maiden launch from Bhilai. The vehicle was preferred due to reputation of KIA motors as well as MRF tyres fitted in.
Now please understand the situation due to which I had to get the tyre repaired. I am a constant traveller and this incident happened when I was travelling from Orissa to Chhattisgarh. The day I had to travel I found one of my tyre flat. So as any other consumer the first thing to be done was to get it repaired.
The place where the air was leaking form took a while to be located to be specific it was on the inner side wall of tyre. the shop guy said sir this in not a puncture and this cannot be repaired. but yet because I had to travel back to my hometown, he tried to repair it with hot rubber punctured and said it won’t last for long.
The first thing that I did after reaching my destination was to visit kia showroom from where I bought the car from and told me his problem. Kia service engineer immediately escalated this problem to MRF personnel.
On 15.06.2021 I received a WhatsApp communication stating that my claim was rejected on the basis of “the tyre is damaged / repaired. (Copy attached)
I once again request you to revisit the entire case and not to reject my warranty /replacement claim as it was repaired/damaged.

Yre exchange at that time he observe air bubble is there so air come out, after day of tomorrow i submit the tyre to himmatnagr (gujarat) MRF showroom he dispatch that tyre to ahmedabad but ahmedabad showroom can't replace this tyre even my tyre having only 1.5 year old (also in warranty)i really disappointed from MRF service

I suggest dont purchase this type of worst tyre

We purchased TWO numbers MRF tyres having size 7.5- 16 and batch code [protected] and [protected] on 30/05/2021 from Faizal tyres Payyannur, Kannur and fitted in front side of our Mahindra load king. We noticed and reported over wearing in centre prtion of both tyres before running less than 500 KM. Reported the same to the retailer and MRF staff on 10/06/2021. Today on 15/06/2021 one tyre in front LHS blasted on running and vehicle met with an accident. Please provide immediate solution to replace both the tyres.

I purchased tyre two year ago from Jaipur tyre has been cracked from side and air comes out off this pls replace the defected piece at the earliest [protected]

I would like to inform that, as I had a very bad experience in thiruppathur branch Manager and they were cheating and making fraud to the customers by making money and selling with more as well as credit card commissions charges and tax everything charging to the customers which is very unsatisfied quality service in MRF show room and service centre.

Tyre quality was duplicate it starts creating problem after 10 days of buying

Please look into the manner seriously and take a corrective action.

Hello Dear Sir/mam i am buy 4 MRF tyre for RITZ car Dated 05 Apr 2021 and it's tyre is very bad and low quality. I face a problem my All tyre is Bloat (fool gye).my car is run only 1000 km approx and tyre purchased only 1 month.I am contact tyre dealer shop is close bz lockdown than i will contact customer care num [protected] i listed is num is doesn't exist that i will send a mail and i m attached bill copy plzzz u change my car All tyre and tyre is already underwarranty i hubble requesting u plz change my all tyre .U don't change my tyre i will do take a action MRF TYRE LIMITED.i hope u support me and change my tyre as soon as possible.

Sir I have bought Ktm duke 390 bike in February and just droven 1000km after 1000km in march while cruising on highways tyre got bust with large hole in centre .
We shown tyre to MRF official showroom they told that there no option other than changing it
We had also spoked to engineer of MRF company they replied that they will change it but because of lockdown they don’t have tyres
My bike is standing from one month.
So I please you take it in consideration
And look at this problem .

Dear Team,
yesterday night 6pm i have purchased one METEOR M MRF tyre 3.00 x 18 for my passion pro bike and replaced the tyre in that showroom only.
but once I reach my home kms tyre gets full heat and mag wheel also full heat.
Now I have reached office with 7km distance, then tyre again heat and wheel getting full heat and i am scared.
tyre arrow mark in forward direction only.

Sir I have bought Maruti Breeza in Aug 2020 and I have driven 10000 km only. During my journey my right back tyre got punchered. Somehow I control on the vehicle. After that I have visited Maruti Dealership and after inspection they have provided me the warranty letter for replace the tyre from MRF dealer. But Dealer in Saharanpur refuse to receive me claim after my several requests he was agree but again he said that he is receiving my claim...

Respected Sir/Ma'am I have bought brand new Maruti Breeza in which MRF Wanderer Tyre was installed. Sir I have driven 10000 km only with tyres but one of them was accidently punchered during my journey. I have visited the Maruti Dealer they inspect provide me a warranty letter addressed to MRF dealer Saharanpur for change/replace the tyre. But MRF dealer of Saharanpur, UP denied me to receive the tyre and he told me that Company is not accepting...

Dear MRF Team,
I am using your product from last 11 years. But sorry to inform you that while returning get vaccinated my mother suddenly my car's front left tyre got burst and some how I managed to balance my car and stop. This is shocking for me to face this incidence as I have purchased Maruati Brezza in Sep'2020. In seven months how a new tyre bursted. So, kindly send some one for inception and replacement asap.
