Tyre defect of my car and insurance due my car on 11dec 2020

I purchased the tyre dated 29/10/2019(Attached copy), but even though after purchasing the tyre, I have not used & last week my existing tyre punctured so I used the MRF tyre, Now within 10 days two time my Tyre punctured after running 10-20 km.

My vehicle is Maruti Swift-VXI
Why there is issue with MRF tyre, my existing all tyre are from Bridge stone & I never face such issue .

I bought Swift Dzire which came with MRF ZV2K tyres. Aftr 14, 000 kms running, I found manufacturing defect in one tyre and the tyres both sides become weak and have snap/cut. The other 3 tyres are in totally good condition after the same running but only one had this problem.
I go to MRF tyre office Plot no, 11C, Ring Rd, TT Nagar, Scheme No 94 Sector EB, Indore, and after checking the tyre thy just said it is not manufacture defect.

How they can say it ? if it is not manufacturing defect then why 100 of cuts are showing in tyre.

Please help.

I had purchased a tubeless tyre in november 2018 for my bike with 5 year warranty and now they are refusing and giving only 400 refund... I want to submit a complain regarding this.
The tyre is completely cracked.

I have purchase MRF make Tubeless Tyres for my personal Indica Vista Car having tyre nos 175/70 R13-4 Nos through Authorized dealer i.e. Kamdar Tyres, Nagpur in the month of October 2018.
After passing of 1 ½ year time faced problem in all 4 tyres due to manufacturing defect. Visited at MRF FASST Service Center at Nagpur in Atrey Layout area in the month of September 2020. Technician inspected the tyres and found 2 tyres are defective. It was asked to get the replacement of defective 2 tyres under warrantee period within 7-10 days’ time but neither got the replacement nor received any feed back from the service center even after continuous followed up over phone as well as personal visits to the service center. Email was sent to [protected]@mrfmail.com on 24/10/2020. Mr Vivek from MRF Nagpur called over phone on 26/10/2020 against complaint lodged. Whole story was narrated to him and he promised to replace the tyres at the earliest.
I have kept my patience in place although the response is not retting from renowned company which we believe and again reminder email was sent on 2nd November 2020 but in vain.
I again visited to service center at Nagpur on 5th November 2020 and handed over 2 Nos defective tyres for replacement.
I got a phone call from MRF Service center Nagpur on 18th November 2020 for collection of replacement of tyres. Attended at service center on 20th November 2020 for taking replacement of 2 Nos tyres. But while replacement MRF Service Center told that the valuation of 2 Tyres is Rs. 2200/- after depreciation cost. There is no question arise to deduct the cost as there is manufacturing defect in the tyres which resulted endangering the life of the vehicle owner while driving and uncalled damage being caused to the vehicle due to defective tyres. I incurred huge financial losses due to these defective tyres.
You are requested to look in to the matter seriously and resolve the issue within 7 days’ time otherwise there will be no option left to lodge the legal action.

I Had a very bad experience with sanmati's Staff.
Location:- Sanmati Tyres, Hadgaon, Dist.Nanded, maharashtra.431712

I asked two Tyres for my Hero Bike but there's staff is not giving attention for near by half an hour.
Then he saw us and came to us but with negative attitude and said don't you wait for sometime.

And after showing tyres we asked for some discount as i am a regular customer of MRF company but he was like we are not here for entertaining you guys and he went back to his office.

Is this type of courtesy your company showing to customer?

Please look into it.

My bike Yamha FZ V2 back Tyre got damaged within 4yrs, replace it with a new one.

I bought a new Tyre from Balaji Tyres, Shop Number 570- Motor Market, 571, Manimajra, 160101, Chandigarh. The shop owner asked me if I wanted a new tube which I denied. His employee installed the new Tyre on my motorcycle and intentionally punctured the Tube which I came to know about the third day when I was going to the office and I noticed my Tyre was punctured. So I went to a puncture shop to get the same fixed. The person at the puncture shop told me that Tube is unrepairable as it was intentionally damaged near the Tube valve. This act should not be allowed and culprits must be punished.

Sir, i was taken MRF tyr for tata indica vista but within one year tyre appear with bubbles fully. i was contacted MRF tyre for replacement for tyre with warranty. they accepted my complaint.but today they called and told it was rejected. it is not acceptable to me. warraty is there but you are not taken its warranty. if you are not solved my complaint, i will complaint to consumer court with all losses. other showrroms told to me deffinatley it is replaces[able, tyre has manufacturing pronlem.

I purchased new pair of MRF tyres from one of your showroom named, Anurag tyres bhopal. I buyed it at 6:38 pm on 6 Nov 2020.
Next day in morning, one tyre burst and got a cut on it.

I talked to showroom person, wholesale department and more than 5 to 6 people in MRF. But no one is gave positive response. In just 12 hrs i lost my 4700 rs that I invested in MRF tyre.

It feels like worst support ever from such a big company management. Im a MRF customer since years.

But there still hope that someone from your side will look into the matter and do whatever possible that's why I decided to mail you and give details regarding the same.

Kindly check the attachment for your reference. And I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible as 4700rs is not a big amount of money for MRF but i matters a lot for a middle class family.

It's almost 2 years ago I have purchased tyres set with tubes for my farm tractor 13.6.28 size. No doubt tyre are good and strong enough but the problem is that I realised after a long time using them that they are not recommended for farm used, they are basically designed for roads or haulage work. That's why I am unable to perform good work on the field and also I am losing my tyre rubber, and Diesel and also the time due to unnecessary slippages. At the time of purchase the staff in the showroom did not asked or offered to tell that for what purpose I am purchasing the tyres. They just asked to choose the tyres with the size and design and I have choosed the good design with required size. Whoever fault this is, but I am now feeling a big lose. As long as the current tyres will survive I wont be able to perform good work on the field, I can't afford the new tyres as the are more than half new. Please help if you can.

I got above mentioned stock tyre on my gixxer 2019 model.
Air is continiously leaking from rear tyre .
Initially i thought its the problem due to standing vehicle due to covid
But as i began to use bike, still air was leaking.
Told MRF FAAST service people about the problem.
Not giving desired solution telling they cant say, whats the problem
Also they said that they can replace the tyre along with charges for used rubber
But they wont guarantee the issue will be solved.
Also they wont take tyre back if problem persist.
Bike is just one year old, and tyre still under waranty.
Still they asking for charges.

Teja I have been using your MRF car tyres of best one and it's a good product in market right now and I have trust on your products but recently I have purchased but now the tyre was facing a great problems it had so many air bubbles (bulges) on and it's been run for 8000km (very less km ) plz make solve my problem

Yesterday I had visited Orange City MRF Tyres Dealer in Gandhi Bagh, Nagpur City, Maharsahtra

Work Specification :
Replacing old Wagon R Old Model Tyre Tube 5 sets with new, including wheel balancing and allingnent...

While the vehicle was on ramp for allignment work, sensor malfunctioned and work couldnt be completed, hence after much deliberations with the owner, happened to visit the other franchise for allignment work.

Main Feedback/ Complaint :
The franchise ( Orangecity ) charged for 530 gms weight @ 1.50 rs per gm and put old weights only to my shock and surprise... Upon identifying the issue, the Senior owner agreed to the issue, and refunded only 400/- rs in cash against the Google pay of Rs 795/- as per invoice...

Kindly help arrange refund of balance wheel balancing weights of 475/- rs and counsel the franchisee for not cheating the customer from an authorised MRF outlet..
