Lifeless tyres for new honda amaze purchased 11 months back and tyre issue reported to mrf office cochin.
Rejected the claim for 2 back tyres saying its alignment issue even there is no allignment issue for back wheels

    I had ordererd a mrf tube tyre through online payment from amazon. Then i cancelled a ordered. Amazon company is refunding my amount to the indian bank, but not credited to my accounts.

      I sent this as a email to "[protected]@mrfmail.com" on 20-4-20 but still i doesn't get any response from the mrf team. It's really irritating me alot. Anyhow i'm providing the same info again in this box.

      I bought a mrf 120/80r17 revz tyre on 25-2-19 in the kamarajapuram mrf tyre showroom. I noticed so many cracks on the tyre in 31-12-19 that day itself i went to tyre show room where i bought the tyre. Service man's also noticed the same and they explained usually it happens these cracks, but those will not affect the tyre. But nowadays the cracks are increasing (Attached snapshots). I bought my pulsar 180 bike on 2016 i used 3years eurogrip tyre there was not even single crack until i changed the tyre. This mrf tyre and explanation of the service man really disappointing me alot...

          All 2 tyre in air

          But your dealer say no air in your tyre i hve no replesment your tyre

          And he told him go and legal action on mrf tyre

          I hve no reciment mrf tyre in all groups and friends circle.

              Improper tyre

              They gave bend trye.. It couldn't seat in wheel. I would ask shop owner.. He would extend time... I will wait for 5 hours... I really hate bad service at ero tyres in erode... Really it's bad experience. Here after i won't use mrf because of bad dealership and worst service... Please take action for that... Really it's worst one......

                Dear team,
                My self arup jyoti deka from guwahati. I ahave porches a mrf zvts tyre from guwahati assam. I have buy 4 tyres but unfortunately out of that 1 tyer damage. My car run only 15 to 18 km after change those tyre. Have discussed with the shop where i had porches the tyre. But they did not give me any proper solution.
                My question is - if tyer will damage in 15 to 18 k km than how we survive. I do belive if all tyres got damage then. My have some issue. But out of that only one tyer got damage.,
                Please have look in to the issue and hoping for best solution.

                  I purchased two tyres - front and back for my yamaha fzs yesterday (14june2020) from mrf exclusive dealer g k tyres bommasandra - bangalore.

                  My complaint is on the looting done by the dealer on front tyre price which is showing 1475 in mrf official site price list (100/80-17 tl zapper fx 1) which i checked after the tyre fitment. But the dealer charged 2500 rs which is almost double thr original price for that single tyre along with damages to my alloy wheels.

                  Since we are having belief in services and product quality, went to mrf tyres exclusive dealer (For purchase and fitting without going to a local shop. But what i received from the mrf exclusive dealer was something like looting customer directly.

                  Attaching the bill received from dealer and mrf official site price list for reference.

                    I have purchased your company tyre from shree hari tyres of pij road, nadiad 387002 vide invoice no 7223 dated25/02/2017 for my car.
                    On 10/06/2020 i have lodged one tyre
                    As it defect due to side scratch with said dealer and he also charge for the same and informed that you have yo purchase new tube along with replacement tyre when come from the company.
                    How ever i inform you that i have already have tube without any puncture of present replacement tyre send with
                    You.
                    So let me inform whether it is compulsory to purchase new tube when company provide replacement tyre as
                    I have already tube with me with good condition and with any puncture

                        Dear sir/madam,
                        Yesterday on 10/06/2020, i purchased two mrf tyre from tathagat tyres, sitamarhi for maruti swift dzire. They failed to provide fitting. I had to pay extra for its fitting to other shop beside it. Yesterday by evening itself one of the tyre got damaged while riding.
                        Today i visited there for exchange, they failed to help & replied that it can't be replaced.
                        Please help me out in this.

                          Hai sir,

                          Mrf showroom dealer selling the other company products like excellent and some unknown company products. I think this is the wrong way to running the bussiness by using your brand name. Some times they are bahaving rudely with customers. When the other persons selling mrf products they are told those are duplicate produtcs (This is the rediculous thing)..

                          I think this one complaint you will accept and take the action and as soon as possible at that time i need a reply about this compalint.

                          I requested to you please give the rly as soon as possible..

                            I had purchased a tyre to my Honda Activa from Sri Sapthagiri tyres (bangalore) store through online booking on 02/04/2019, having order number [protected], and I have been raid around 7000kms from the purchase date, and now suddenly on the side part of the tyre there's a big bubble, Kindly claim the warranty and do the needful for the replacement of the new tyre.
