I purchase MRF Front tubeless Motor Cycle Tyre on dated 25/02/2020. Tyre pressure leek in every 2-3 days . So I am every 2-3 days check pressure and no pancher the tyre .I am purchase the tyre SHAKTI TYRES YAMUNANAGAR PL. change my tyre Thanks

Dear mrf team,
Two months back i had purchased mrf two wheeler scooty tubeless tyre from nearest shop in sriram nagar, gangavathi, (Taluk) koppal, (District) karnataka 583282. Though the guarantee was given for 1 year but the tyre got teared within two months of purchase. Local shops are not response for replacing the tyre. I would request you to assist me in this regard.

I had purchased mahindra maxi truck 17 months back with MRF tyre. But both back tyres are broken down .but they are in warranty and was in good condition too.help me out to claim MA warranty to replace both

I bought these tires on 8-1-2019.Tyre swelled so soon What kind of service do you give? This is your quality please take this problem very seriously.

Dear sir, I had purchased MRF tubeless tyre in the month of July 2019. Now I find a buldge on the outer side of the tyre. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to get it replaced at the earliest.

Mera duke 125 bike he only 4-5 month old and 3000 km running mera bike ka rear tyre me hawa nikhal raha he wheel alloy ke pass me alloy is ok problem tyre me. Me nearest mrf servise me giya un loko me warrenty reject kardiya mera ko lagde he 100% manufacturning defect plzz help me. On 01.10.2019, purchased 'piaggio vehicle' from 'madhava diesels - badaun (Moradabad), up'. Within 10 days of purchase of said vehicle back two tyres of my vehicle got expounded. On said issue, i connected purchasing company, whereby executive of company further suggested to connect mrf company whose tyres were fixed in the vehicle.
Accordingly, i connected mrf company via customer care and, executive of customer care gave me contact no. Of mr. Gaurav (Area deputy manager) bareilly. Mr. Gaurav advised to submit claim replacement at 'mrf kumar tyres, bisoli road, arifpur navada, budaun, up'.
On 13.02.2020, i submitted claim replacement for two tyres vide reference no. '70057', on account of which the company said reply will be given within 7 working days.
Thereby, i received two messages subject to no.[protected]Sl no. [protected]) and no.[protected]Sl no. [protected]) and stated that 'as per claim no manufacturing defect found'. On receipt of said messages, i again contacted mr. Gaurav and explained him everything, thereby he specifically said 'new vehicles manufactured by companies uses poor quality tyres which are lower quality products and thus, no warranty or guarantee exists in this regard. Also said that you need to purchase back two tyres on our own expense.' he further stated that the company owns no responsibility towards poor quality tyres.
I hereby, while submitting present complaint states that i have invested my hard earned money in purchase of said vehicle, and thereby within 10 days i am being under pressure for purchase of new tyres. Kindly, provide your kind assistance while making company liable to replace my expounded tyres with good quality of tyres with warranty or guarantee in future.

Dear your dealer nearaj kumar behaviour is like tenth failed students he doesn't know the ethic of business and manner of business as well so i request to you please teach him how to talk with customer as when i reached the shop of dealer at sunderbani jammu and kashmir for installation of new tyres of amounts 40k + 400 labour charges i just asked for negotiations but he start shouts in front other public as he hits my image as well as god will because of his misbehaving i purchased tractor tyre from bkt tyres from other dealer so humbled request to you please atleast teach him ethic of business. Though i am tractor dealer but i know the ethic of business and softness.

I have purchased my vehicle in july 2019, only 14000 km ran till now. But miserably my tyre of ameo car has been broken. I have approached my local shops for repairing but they said its irrepairable. There is a cut at the side of the tyre.

Im very sad. Will i get the warranty for my tyre. Will it be replaced.

We procured thunder bird - bullet (Oct-2018) and since last 2-3 months rear tyre air pressure is reducing. It has been confirmed by royal en-field authorized service center as well. The letter has been attached here.

One of your dealer in siddipet named"sindu tyre world" opposite new bustand, hyderbad road, siddipet, telangana, pin code:502103 is selling all tyres like "lingong", "ceat", "goodyear", bridgestone, ""apollo" hiddenly on the name of siddi vinayaka tyres from last 4 years he is maintaining a godown backside of his shop. Sometimes he is putting that stock in mrf showroom also 3-4 times customers frighted for bridgestone warranty. So please take care about your dealership. He is selling 100 above bridgestone tyres and selling other tyres like linglong, ceat so please take action you will find his fraud with mrf in sudden verification only

I am older client of mrf tyres from 15-16yrs & i have purchase your product again 155/65r14 75s zlx tl[protected] invoice no.117 for my wagonr car.
I found some defect in tyre so i was move to dealer point at lucky tyers care durgapur for help me out about the product. Dealer seen all situation of product & it has been observed that a bubble came on tyre & he had taken this product for replacement but your customer care is not proper for customer. I have talk to claim officer mr. Abhilash (Purohiton ki madri by pass chouraha, udaipur raj.) he told me to pay charges for replacement.
It is the first deal with your company that i am facing much irritation & hopeless regard. It’s a manufacturing fault, then why should i pay money for the product.
I am not moving for consumer court, its humble request to mrf tyres, invoice & claim receipt attached below. Kindly help me out & do the needful.

निवेदन पूर्वक कहना है कि दिनांक 28.06.2018 को मैंने Capital Suzuki Patna Bike Showroom से Suzuki New Gixxer SF 150- GSXFLL9 BIKE खरीदा था।जिसका रेजिस्ट्रेशन न0- BR01EH6753 है। जिसका Front Tyre 30.01.2019 को ब्लास्ट कर गया।जिसे मैंने नजदीकी MRF Exclusive, Maa Vaishno Tyre, PG Road Jehanabad, Bihar में Replacement के लिए दिया था। लेकिन पहले मुझे वहाँ से ये बोला गया कि आपका टायर Replace हो जाएगा लेकिन आज जब मैं वहाँ टायर के लिए पूछने गया तो MRF Showroom के बिक्रेता बदतमीजी से बात करने लगे और गाली गलौज करने लगे बोले कि तुम मेरे यहाँ से टायर नहीं लिए हो इसलिए तुम्हारा टायर Replace नहीं करेंगें हम और मेरा टायर रोड पर फेंक दिए।
अतः श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि मेरा टायर कब कहा और कैसे Replace होगा उसके बारे में मुझे बताये और MRF Exclusive, Maa Vaishno Tyre, PG Road Jehanabad, Bihar के खिलाफ मेरी शिकायत दर्ज करने की कृपा करें।
इसके लिए मैं श्रीमान का सदा आपका आभारी रहूँगा।

I have purchased my yamaha r15 bike in april 2019.
From the day of purchased there is a major issue of leakage in rear wheel. From the same month i found this issue and after 2 months i have started process. Yamaha informed this issue to dealer in shree hari tyre district kheda gujarat. They have kept bike under inspection for 15 days. But issue not resolved.
They again i started process. And today (25th jan 2020) i have issue letter for tyre replacement from yamaha and i went to mention dealer. He told me this process will take 15 days. But you have to give me tyre. So i told then what should i do? I should hold bike with my hand for 15 days. He told it is your problem it is not our problem. Is this a way to give answer to our customer. I felt very embarrassing after listening this answer.

So register my complain against dealer and please do needful.

This is sai manideep from karimnagar, telangana. I bought mrf perfinza tyre 205/55 r16 8months back. The perfinza tyres are stone hard and create very high road noise. The vehicle vibrates at just 100km/hr. I use tyres on my skoda laura which is in very good condition. Please take my request and help me back with another tyres or please make a refund. Please help me out of this.

Though your warranty policy don't accept the road noise. Kindly solve the problem because i have taken the rear tyre model (Mrf perfinza). Thanking you

I am regret to saying that mrf tyres aru vary bad.. I bauggt a thundrbird 350x in april month.. And now my bike is only 8 months old.. Bt the tyres of my bike which is made by mrf is minimun 80% damaged.. I thing this is not fare for me.. It shoud be continue atleast 1year.. So i am complaining that please do a justice for me and replace it as soon as possible..
