On 01.10.2019, purchased 'piaggio vehicle' from 'madhava diesels - badaun (Moradabad), up'. Within 10 days of purchase of said vehicle back two tyres of my vehicle got expounded. On said issue, i connected purchasing company, whereby executive of company further suggested to connect mrf company whose tyres were fixed in the vehicle.
Accordingly, i connected mrf company via customer care and, executive of customer care gave me contact no. Of mr. Gaurav (Area deputy manager) bareilly. Mr. Gaurav advised to submit claim replacement at 'mrf kumar tyres, bisoli road, arifpur navada, budaun, up'.
On 13.02.2020, i submitted claim replacement for two tyres vide reference no. '70057', on account of which the company said reply will be given within 7 working days.
Thereby, i received two messages subject to no.[protected]Sl no. [protected]) and no.[protected]Sl no. [protected]) and stated that 'as per claim no manufacturing defect found'. On receipt of said messages, i again contacted mr. Gaurav and explained him everything, thereby he specifically said 'new vehicles manufactured by companies uses poor quality tyres which are lower quality products and thus, no warranty or guarantee exists in this regard. Also said that you need to purchase back two tyres on our own expense.' he further stated that the company owns no responsibility towards poor quality tyres.
I hereby, while submitting present complaint states that i have invested my hard earned money in purchase of said vehicle, and thereby within 10 days i am being under pressure for purchase of new tyres. Kindly, provide your kind assistance while making company liable to replace my expounded tyres with good quality of tyres with warranty or guarantee in future.
MRF Tyres customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
It's been around 2 years I had taken MRF tyre ZV2K (175/70R13 82T) for my Hyundai GETZ. and it's been 7 months the tyre is damage, I am continuously trying your authorise dealer of Nagpur and he is continuously saying that this "model is not available".
though it was lockdown but at least some action should be taken from your end, Same problem happen 1 year ago with different tyre but it was resolved, but the question. is why it is happening every time and it is delaying to get the services?
in this lockdown there is a major need of car and we are trying to get services from the month of January still it is the same.
how any service can be delayed for 7 months? and how anyone can expect this from this kind of huge MRF Tyre company?
I want now an immediate action regarding the same and I want my tyre to be replaced with new one.

kindly do the needful and do some action ASAP.
