I got front tyre of my duke 200 replaced at Danish MRF BTM layout, Bangalore. And the tyre pressure was reducing slowly on taking it back to them they said it is due to the rim and cleaned it and also charged me for cleaning. But the issue was still there and on taking it back to them again they asked me to get the pressure checked at the fuel station while filling fuel but that is not acceptable and I have replaced my types 4 times before and this is the one with this issue. Please help me in getting it replaced.

I am very unsatisfied with the quality of tyres MRF has provided and encountered very bad experience as we are using it for first time.It is really raising a question on the reliability of products that MRF supplies. So, just wanted to know what the company can do to maintain the customer relationship.

And we are looking for quick resolution on this issue with replacement at earliest convenience.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with the tires on my Renault Duster 85 PS RXS. I purchased the car on 31st December 2019 and have been using it regularly since then. Recently, during a routine service check, my service partner TVS Renault Service identified that four of the running tires on my car, which were manufactured by MRF, are damaged.

After further inspection, it has been suggested that the damage may be due to some manufacturing problem. As the vehicle is still within the warranty period, I would like to request that MRF replace the damaged tires at the earliest.

I believe that as a reputable tire manufacturer, MRF takes customer satisfaction seriously and will take prompt action to resolve this issue. I look forward to hearing from you soon and appreciate your attention to this matter.

I bought a new tyre with MRF Tyre Yyre Dealer as on[protected] with GST bill, today[protected] nearly after 15days my bike tyre autmatically brust during ride without nail and srew or srarp thing, I was actully raiding bike on ring road today nothing sharp thing found on road, I visited the tyre dealer they are rejected to replace the same they are asking same price and they are not ready to replace without any charges, Kindly help me out how do I get my loss due to manufaturing defect, I am consumer actully getting loss after payment of full amount with GST. I do not know where to I find the justice for the same, I hope I would get some solution from this.
