As per my experience n use your brand is no.1.
But there is one bad experience with me.
I'm using new honda shine bike last 1.4 years with mrf tyres.

In last 1.4 year there r 4 punctures. Now today there is puncture complete bt there is issue bcoz due to bad rubber quality air leack at there point.

In new tyre there is not expected like this n it's very disappointed to us.

I'm using bike in only good condition roads.

So it's request to u n your company plz resolve it by replace your tyre.

Positive response awaiting.

I writing this to you so that the mrf authorities would know my experience here at mrf franchise at irinjalakuda. I have been a user of mrf tyres since i bought my bike. Last time i opted for another tyre company which was not that pleasing to me, so i decided to change back to mrf tyre. I recently visited a franchise of mrf were i experienced a very bad behavior from the sales person. He was very rude to me. This is the second time im experiencing such a behavior from the same person. He was like he wanted me to keep quite and take that particular tyre which he had shown me. He was rude to me since i asked "is there any other pattern of the tyre". I then without purchasing the tyre returned back very much disappointed and angry. As sson as i came back i called the customer care and reported the same, there was no reponse from their side to.
This is such a shame to a reputed company like mrf tyres and an international brand like you.
Hope you will look in to this and make sure that your customers don't go disappointed from any of your franchise

I have purchased 5 tyres of MRF (ZV2K) from Ambika tyres, Plot no. 996/2, sector 5C, Gandhinagar a year back. Within six months, in one tyre the outer layer was found to be separated from the tyre. I have claimed through authorized service centre. Details of the claim are as follows:

Claim was passed and I had to pay Rs.750/- as per the usage of tyre.

Within in few months similar problem seen in another typre. Details of this claim is as follows:

Just today I came to know that claim was passed and I have to pay Rs. 1050?- as per the usage of tyre.

Similar problem is also there in other tyres also. Herewith I have attached the current image of tyre. There must be some manufacturing defect as the problem is seen in all the tyres. I have fade up with the use of tyre of same brand again. As I have to pay nearly 1000/- rupees for each tyre and there is no guarantee that similar problem will not occur. Hence kindly refund me the amount that I paid.

Last time i have purchase a two weeler tables tyre for my unicorn bike that tyre was low mileage and not comfort. After a few month the complaint is started first time i have reported the mrf showroom at kadakkal they checked my vehicle tyre and clean mh rim and charged some rupees also. I have fill my air monthly... Every month two or more time i have fill air and use my vehicle. But last time i have checked my tyre in another show room they can find out a small air loop in sole.
In case sitting another behind my bike then suddenly air is very low... I have reported early. Now today i have submitted for replace the tyre due to the manufacturing defect. Ithink that rubber sole containing small holes...

So i have request u to replace the tyre and check ur rubber quality for mrf future endeavour

I had purchased mrf tyre of cbz from sai dealers ahmednagar on 02/02/0218.
I had asked him whether tubeless tyres will fit or not they had told me there will be no problems.
After the fitment of tyre now i m facing air leakage,
Now they are telling it's not there mistake
Actually the problem is valve is not seated properly.
The dealer was very erogant, when i have showed them there assy mistake.
Kindly look into matter bcz i have invested almost rs 3.4 k

Hello guys,
Purchased new baleno with extended warranty along with mrf tyres company fitted and suddenly on highway it got bursts with cuts withing 8 months now they are denying to replace giving a reason that it is not a manufacturing defect. Kind of reason they are giving is out of imagination. It is really a non-sense from the car dealer as well as tyre dealer to give such kind of reason. No will trust mrf and also car dealer. They are passing the ball from one court to another and making fool customer. This is highly questionable for the reputation from both of the side.

I have purchased 2 front tyres no: 155/65r14 75s zvts a1 tl under no:[protected] for my car wagon r. One of the tyre under warranty within 5 months was damages and was sent to your mrf ltd road no: 1 purohito ki madri by pass choraha nh 8 udaipur for replacement. But sorry to state that your technical team rejected my docket no: (Cfd) 66438 dt:24.1.2018. Here it is necessary to mention that i always purchase tyres of your esteemed company and there was no fault of mine. The tyre was automatically damaged & local selling dealer also told that it will be replaced by your local godown, but the same was not repalced. Kindly intervene in the matter and repalce the same. I purchased mrf revz tyre for my pulsar rs 200. After 7 days there was a small hole out of no where without any nail. I got a tubeless tyre puncture tube inserted into the hole. While i was doing a long ride the tube was thrown out of the tyre and tyre was flat in no time. Then i got it repaired again by inserting a tube. Agin after 3 kms my tyre got flat again and same issue. I got stranded in the middle of the road at night and i had to tow away my vehicle. If i do more than 70kmph the tube is thrown out of the tyre and it can be deadly

Now i check with mrf dealer and he started the blame game and said puncture done was not correct which made the hole uneven and bigger. And he denied saying this is not a manufacturing defect. He didn't really care if its a manufacturing defect. Its subjective term and he played with it very well. I simply asked to give a reasonable solution and i may pay some amount in which he can replace it but no good.

This is a disgusting issue i have faced for the first time with mrf tyres and will have to try other brand tyres which can be reliable.

We sent our bajaj avenger customer's tyre for warranty under REF NO : 256577 on 28.12.2018 through SAKTHI TYRES Tirupattur and we received claim accepted msg against payment of Rs 799 (under no[protected] SI.NO.4316) But till date tyre not received many times we called customer care but no use kindly help us. ( MOB NO [protected] )

Fraud by balaji retreads @zaheerabad by using local rubber imported from bidar stored at there private place nagesh house under u r brand mrf they are fooling people by using local rubber imported from bidar
So check work order form and rubber supplied by mrf company immediate action is necessary

Dear Sir/Madam

The vehicle (Yamaha R15 S)purchased on the month of May 2017 in Chennai within the guaranteed period got damaged
Met with an accident because of the burst of tyre while driving losing control over the vehicle.Quality not as guaranteed. Because of this damage we had to replace it spending INR.5500 just for the tyre and other expenses because of the cut that happen while driving.
Need an explanation of about this poor quality and also let me know about what can be done from your side.

I had bought 3 MRF tyres from Modi Hyundai service centre in Bhandup, Mumbai which on my request (I trusted MRF only) the service centre purchased it from MRF dealer in July 2017 and it was hardly 6 months and my 2 tyres had faults like 1 tyre had value leakage and other tyre had 2 punctures.I am a lady driver so as soon as the person told there was puncture he asked me should i repair it i told yes please fix the puncture.i reported this to Modi Hyundai service centre and they gave ‭me contact number of a guy called Mukesh(‭+[protected]‬).I kept calling him each time explaining my issue and he kept saying "we will do" but never did he take ownership and solved my problem. So i kept getting in touch with Modi Hyundai service centre and they called me multiple times to take photos of the tyre and send them to Mukesh.I went to the service centre so they can take some action but they did noting.Today i went to service centre and they told we will go to Super tyre store in mulund west, there they told me to go another centre which is on LB S marg mulund west and they took the punctured tyre and told there is no air leakage and.This is pathetic that a genuine company like MRF has such cheating dealers. Eventually i am at loss of 10000 rupees and making multiple rounds just to hear that we cannot fix this issue. i have totally lost trust in MRF and i wont prefer neither suggest anyone to buy MRF tyres.The tyres was going flat each week so i had to fill in air each week, spotting this as problem i asked the servicing guy to check the problem and he identified there were 2 puncture.Tell me as a lady driver am i supposed to wait for MRF supprot to come and fix the problem or i will get it fixed.Common people have some basic sense in a country like india u want a girl to wait for MRF support guys to come and fix the issue and i will keep waiting in dark place so u can come when u will be free.

I am totally dissatisfied and i will take this to consumer court and social media.

This kind information for you that on dated-25.01.18 i m driving my volkswagen polo as purchased on 27.12.18 before 1 month ago, mileage - 1650 kms, front lh tyre burst suddenly with huge sound on smooth road, then call volkswagen agency, they suggest me to submit tyre in rewari - mrf agency, so i submitted my tyre on 27.01.18, but still no response from mrf side till date.

Please look in matter seriously because this is a maru-a defect.

I purchased bajaj pulsar ns160 3-4 months ago which have pre-installed mrf zappers tyre series my daily traveling is around 60-65kms/day from my home to office & vice versa. On the 10th day after purchasing the bike the rear tyre got punctured i make it fixed at that time after that this problem occured again & again. Some new puncture got occured in every 3 -4 weeks. Since the date of purchase i faced puncture problem & air leakage...

My first tyre also air bubble problem replaced for 1850 now replaced tyre also same problem as i contacted mrf they told if it comes under manufacturing defect then only we replace for some amount i have a question manufacturing defect is your fault not customer fault fearing to hand over tyre to service center ceat offers same tyre for 2000 to 2200 but mrf is for new[protected] replacement around[protected]

I have purchased mrf tyre ztx model from naman tyres panvel during jul 2017. I have observed bubble formed on outer surface. I hv approached the dealer and then their sales manager mr. Hansraj. They have asked me to send the tyre for inspection. As per the inspection report there is no visible defect on tyre and they have rejected my claim whereas if you see the photograph of the tyre, the defect is clearly visible. If i use this tyre based on the certificate given by technical team of mrf and something goes wrong, who will be responsible. Just to save their own skin, company's reputation they are playing with the lives of innocent people. I need the answer and solution from mrf tyres.

Your distributer sell more than mrp in tyre. Also mrp not found in tyer i am also compliant mrf company but company not take any action of the dealer in our city surendranagar (Gujarat). So many calls to company but company says 3 days after 3 days company said more 2 days compny also know that his delear sell more than mrp but company not take action

I have purchased 4 - zlo 185/70 r14 on 23rd sept 2017 for my fiat car from authorized dealer in kochi, kerala. I have done around 2000 km. Last sunday rear left tyre broken on running. Mrf is providing 6 years warranty for the tyres.

I have contacted the head office @ kaloor, ernakulam, kerala.

On displaying the tyre with them, they were in hurry to state it is caused by external interface and the guy is trying to teach me what a radial tyre is?
He is trying to state mrf radial tyre won't withstand normal roads with some potholes.

They have asked me to sign the report written by them. I refused to do the same.

I have taken back the tyre, i need the tyre to be replaced with new.

I purchased a tyre from mrf tyre zone faridabad on 3july2016, they gave me 3 years manufacturing warranty. Now the tyre both sides become weak and have cut. Your agency executive told me that this is not manufacturing fault. Pls tell me what is mean by manufacturing fault? Also their behaviour is so much rude.

Pls suggest what i have to do now. I m going to post on facebook and twitters and newspaper that mrf tyres company is making low quality tyres please don't purchase.

3 days back i came to know i a have deep cut in my rear tyre which is about 8 inches thin line in tyre which seems to be very dangerous and service centres of mrf are not ready to accept the manufacturing fault in tyre.. I want my tyre to be replaced with a new one as this is manufacturing deffect.. If this complaint doesn't takes any action ill go to higher authorities for having a new tyre..
