I have recently changed MRF tryes for my fiat punto at SNR tyres bangalore near Kalyan Nagar, after 6 months o[censored]se one the tyre got crack and facing balance issues in my car so went to tyre alignement they said problem with trye. so i went to showroom they inspected the tyre and told as no problem with the trye i asked them to put the stepny wheel since i need to travel to native those bloody ### did not screw the wheel bolt tightly and simply used a machine, i was travelling to native at a point when my car at is 70 KMPH the bolts got off from wheel and gods grace i felt n suddenly stopped the car. when i CALL TO those showroom guys and owner they did not answer me properly, my sincere advice pls avoid MRF Tryre and SNR Tyres bangalore. machine tools cannot replace humans.

Sir with due respect i debdutt sahoo from odisha want to state that i'm facing many problems only for the mrf tyre which is in fitted in my vehicle, the quality i very poor, i exchange the tyre in mrf dealer in bhubaneswar odisha, but i wasted many rupees, and wasted my time to exchange the tyre, so kindly supply good quality tyre, therfore the customer also satisfied, and this is also very much important to the reputation of the company.

Dear sir,

Myself mr. Roshan gaikwad has purchase swift (Petrol) from simran motors, panvel in april 2016.

I am writing this complaint with frustration after showing so much of patience and trust on mrf tyres (Naman tyres, panvel).

I used stepony tyre for less than 2 weeks and found 2 cracks in the tyre. So i approached immediately to the simran motors, panvel (Service center) on 27th august 2017 and submitted complaint & stephany tyre to an executive.

I did follow up to him every day on call but every time he said we have sent the stepony tyre to the mrf company (Naman tyres, panvel). Mrf tyres (Naman motors) took a month to give the feedback. This was very frustrating for the customers who continuously doing the follow up but did not get any positive response from the vendors.

After one month got reply from mrf saying that “this is not manufacturing defect and cuts are due to sharp object”. Don’t understand how it is possible that back side tyre will get cut on side of the tyre (Not on the base side or not even on the edge of the tyre). Even anybody who is not a technician can easily say it’s a either manufacturing fault or the poor rubber quality. Now when i visited the simran motor, panvel, the floor manager and i explain my views & he was agreed on my points and have email mrf team to consider the case as this is not a cut. He assure me that he will take this ahead and will provide you the replacement of the tyre from mrf but didnt.

Now its more than 3.5 month i am not getting the solutions from the vendors.

So i request you to please look into this matter to provide replacement of my stephony tyre.

I m vinayak kalal from hubli, i purchase new accesses 125 date[protected] km covered 1518km, sean air leakage at front wheel rim side i faced problem last one month, please accept my problem as soon as possible, but any dealers and engg not response for my complaint. So please kindly provide the solution for the problem. Thanking you.

I had purchased a new endeavour of august 14, 2017 and it has currently done about 6000kms. The suv has mrf wanderer tyres installed. One of my rear tyres punctured in the middle of the road so i asked my driver to park the car on the side. The car moved about 20 meters on flat tyre with no additional load.

On checking for puncture we were told that the side wall has cracked and the tyre needs to be replaced. It was shocking since overtime there is a puncture the tyre may require replacement.

I had no option but to purchase a new tyre worth 13000 and replace the same. The other tyre which is brand new is kept with me for taking over with the company and even with consumer court if not resolved.

I had brought mrf zvts tyre last year and i completed one year and know the tyre is suddenly bended when i am in drive yesterday and the vehicle is jumping so i request you to please replace my tyre and provide new one but the dealer whom i purchased was saying that its warranty is only year and they are also not providing correct bill they are giving bill on the quotation paper so i request you to please take action immediately on them because mrf tyres are famous all over india this type of activities leads to customers dissatisfaction

With due respect i gurtaj singh like to inform you that i had bought volkswagen polo, petrol version on 31st july 2015, and my car has run about 27500km so far but front tyre on driver side has bulged around 2 inch. I like to get my tyre changed since mrf tyre comes with 5 years warranty. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Dear mrf team,
I nishant abrol use to be regular and satisfied customer of mrf tyres but this time i feel annoyed and frustrated. I purchased mrf tyres for my swift dzire and tyres was defective.
I submitted 3 defective car tyres to dealer - sidh shree tyres abohar - 152116 punjab dated 2nd october 2017 to mr ankur.
But i am not getting any positive response from dealer.
Dealer is neither giving replacement of tyres nor responding for same.

I have purchased mrf tyre for hero ignitor from "khurana tyre house bistupur jamshedpur". The tyre is damaged very early within 8 months (1200km) from date of purchase. Spacial cut marks are arises all over on the tyre.
Please take necessary action to resolve my problem.

I have replaced two tyres of mine with mrf, on the very next day it got bursted on the road while driving. When i complain to dealer he was not ready to listen first saying that it is not manufacturing defect after continuous efforts he forward my complain and contact with party to not replace my tyre i believe as tyre was 1 year old and tyre quality was downgraded. Dealer do a fraud with me. Please look into the matter as rupee 2500 is big...

But i again want to lodge a complaint against one of your worker *amol jhade* because his behaviour towards me was very disrespectful and there was no cooperation from his side for the replacement of the tyre.
It was his work to replace the tyre and fit the new tyre to my bike but i have fitted the new tyre from the local tyre store as he was not ready to do so and apart from this he also disgraced me for no reason and showed his shameless behaviour to me. He must be liable to some kind of punishment for misbehaving with the customer and disgracing a customer as far as the norms and image of your firm is concerned.

When i was went to mrf showroom is located gajuwaka beside police station in vizag my bike r15 had patch problem so asked to mechanic then he started very rude behaviour and he said you will wait up to evening he using slang words mrf is brand showroom in this type of showroom the mechanic was very worst i never go in future for mrf showroom and i never suggest to any friends too buy mrf products

I own a r15 bike and i have recently installed mrf tyre to it and i am very disappointed to say that my tyre has formed bubble in it and it is very difficult to handle the bike with a tyre that has a bubble. I have invested a lot of money on that tyre and risking my life while i drive. This type of product quality was not expected by such a big co.

I have purchased mrf tyre (Rear) for my x-pro passion bike, but within few days tyre is broken in three different places. This happened within 2.5 month after purchasing tyre[protected]km running). I have given tyre for replacement before 1.5 month, but still i have not get any replacement tyre, but poor feedback from dealer (Kolhapur-shiroli) end. So please close this matter as early as possible. And issue replacement tyre.
If no issue found while claimaing the tyre then i need final inspection report, material testing report, pdi report for my further action. So please feed back me within 1 week.

I visited mrf show room near sreekaryam yesterday to change my nisaan car tyre, while telling the price they said 5050/tyre if i am paying by cash. Then they said if you are paying by card per tyre price will be different.
Then i said i don't want you tyre, keep it with you
Today i went your kazhakkottaom centre and they said they don't accept card.
I said then i don't need mrf tyres.
I thought mrf is leading brand and support make in india, but i am getting this bad responses from your franchises.
So i decided to move away from mrf and i am planning put this face book other social media that mrf franchises don't support cashless india,

My mrf tubeless tyre punctured while traveling. Surprisingly, the inner seal is broken at two places in first puncture. It is used it for an year only (9667 km only). The tyre is under warranty and has to be replaced due to manufacturing defect. My claim no. : 165/80r1485s zv2k-m tl under no.[protected]Si. No. 3516), at shiv shakti dealer, bhiwadi (Receipt attached). Despite being repeated reminders, no action is taken so far by the company.

I sorry to say that, i had purchased above said tyre in berhmapur, anusaya tyre world since 18/06/2016 vide bill no-067 but this tyre was one side damaged with in 10000 km running. After that i submitted this tyre your concern store than send to bhubaneswar for verification. After some days interval, i got a msm from your bhubaneswar office, it is not a manufacturing defect but if it is not a manufacturing defect so how it was damaged?. I consult some garage, they have inspection whole vehicle and wear second tyre in that wheel and i have been run still date. They haven't find any problem.in this circumstances, i call your bhubaneswar office through[protected] several times but nobody has not pick up my calls. If you have not taken any necessary action so i will be lodge legal action against you. Kindly do the needful.

Hi sir.. This is dr. Pranit. My complaint is about ur dealer mr. Bhandari in kada tal-ashti dist-beed.. His attitude is not good for ur business. He talks rudely to customers n sends his customers to another shops n recommends another brand. I really got irritated because of his behaviour. Please find another dealer as there r many automobile shops r also facing same problems because of him only. U can survey here at this place. Other brands r getting more customer support because automobile shop owners r recommending other brands like ceat tvs etc. Please do the favour.. Thanking u..

I purchased four mrf tyres 155/65r 13ttzv2k for my car zen estillo regn no. Rj-14, cj-7910 on 06/07/17 vide invoice no.016/br/17009270 from k. P. Automotives, mansarovar jaipur. Since the beginning i was not satisfied about the qulity of the tyre that i informed the service advisor of kp mr. Deepak sharma but he told don't worry in case of any problem kp will help you. On 20 the september while driving all of a sudden i found my tyre got punctured and i immediately stop the car and call one mechhanic nearby and to my surprise i found there was nothing on it and found my tyre cut from the side and that time mechanic told this happened due to problem of tyre but however he told, same can be repaired and i got the same repaired by paying rs.380 and thought i should not inform to kp and may be this happen due to my fault. But after seven days again in that same tyre i found there was less air and immediately got it checked and now i found puncture just above rim and then i again got it checked and the mechanic told in this side no puncture can happen and it happened due to defect on the tyre. Then i approach to my dealer and dealer was agreed to my logic and told same will be checked by mrf company engineer and they checked and simply mentioned this happened due to running the car after neglecting the injury of cuts in the tyre and tyres run under low inflation.
Dealer also given the same logic and they simply rejected my contention that this happened due to manufacturing defect as whole tyre was swollen all around and i think this is collusion between dealer and mrf tyre company who put one defective tyre among three tyres and thsi way they are cheating the customer. It is my view kp automotives is also involved for such type of activiites and they simply change anything even if car parts are in good condition. Their service quality is also poor.
I request the concern to kindly help me in this regard because i am not first time driving the car rather my car is 7 years old and never faced such problem in the tyre earlier.

I fail to understand how mrf company such a big company are indulged such type of activities and who instead of checking the same throughly they simply denied the same.

I'm asked price in mrf customer care. I asked pulsar 150 front tyre they said price rs.1300 something but their dealers saying 2200 to 2600.. I repeatedly told ur customer care told rs.1300 ly nd y u asking more than mrp price. They said this only price

And another one dealer saying i dont have stock please try after two days.. For my doubt i send of my friend whether it is available or not.. Once he asked the tyre that dealer told price rs.2500 and its available and my doubt also conformed..
