Dear board, please look upto matter i was on random way on NH44 and sudenly i saw a normal cut turned into bigger and tyre flat. Please replace it as its under warranty and only 17000kms done with it. Not appreciable from sucha big brand. Pls do the needful of replacing it with new one.

Dear board, on my way on Nh44 i found a sudden cut on side wall of tyre lead to inconvenience. As 17000kms done onoy, and tyre cut down. Pls do the needful to return the replaced one. Kindly do the needful asap

Dear Brand, while on a random trip on four lane highways we felt a tyre pressure decrease nd saw a side cut. Please help me for replacing the same with new tyre as its under warranty. My car has just ran 17000kms yet. Its tread is a as new but it cut down from side which is very irritating from such a great brand. Kindly look into this.

Meri car ka tyre abhi under warranty hone k baavjood bhi claim settlement nahi ho paya hai jabki isme meri koi galti nahi maine tyre ki image bhi beji thi ..jisme se air ban rhe the kai jagh

When I visit MRF tyres show room to change both bike tyres in gajuwaka, visakhapatnam they refused to take card payment. they want me to pay through UPI. If I want to pay with card, they told that they will charge Rs100 more for that

I bought new honda city a year back in which mrf tyre were installed

But within one year around 20k km run all foir tyre started bubbling.

I contact mrd tyre moti nagar delhi head officd but they are giving bla bla excuses.

I checked your website for my TVS ZEST Rear Tyre and I found it is 1205. But I went to the authorized dealer (Aditya Tyres, Near Kalamandir Outer Ring Road, Marathahalli Bangalore 560037) they told it is 1600 and I showed the rate in your website but not agreed and demanded 1500 and I paid. So I dont know how the rate differs from your authorised dealer once it is given in your website. I purchased today 13 Jan 2023. Invoice no. is 4613.

Dear MRF,
           We bought tires for our company from my two wheeler tubeless tyre but within one year the tyre was bursted one side. I am applying for a warranty claim but our company says no defect was found so rejected my claim. I don't know the warranty policy but our company staff say the tyre was already punctured and some air leakage happened. The reason of  bursted....

I have purchased new tyre from one of your dealer in east delhi hence same was blast from corner within 2 months as i went back to dealer for replacemnet but they denied.
Tyre was sent to MRF but still same has been rejected.

It is requested that I had purchased rear tire for HONDA SHINE 125cc in January 2020 from LALIT MRF TYRES, UJJAIN 456010, which was given 6 year warranty, but due to company mistake in tire, it was completely opened from the side, refused to be replaced by the dealer! So please help me

This tyre is given by manufacturer of my bike. The tyre is manufactured on 28th week of 2019, ie ( 3 year and 7 month old tyre ). The MRF company tyre warranty is 6 year for two wheelers tyre, so that i want to claim the warranty for this tyre.

I have noticed this bubble in my Car's Tyre today and thought of taking up this to the concerned please. Bought this Car as new an years back and thus this Tyre came along with has only done about 10000 KM thus far.

I have purchased new tyres for my vehicle approx 4 months back.few weeks before i noticed bubbles on 2 tyres.so i got it checked from the mrf dealer (gaurav tyres)whom i purchased.he sent tyres to company for replacement.now its more than 3 weeks i didnt receive any information regarding tyres nor from mrf company side neither from mrf dealer.very much harrasing experience.nobody is taking their responsibility.i want urgent look into this matter.

I have been taken a wrong size tyre I want replacement for new tyre I will pay charges of the tyre

The tube had a manufacturing defect and was submitted for replacement but its been a month but still no reply and the dealer says its out of stock, even the mrf employees was so rude in talking….Please help in resolving matter as its urgent for me for my daily buisness

I give my two tata indica vista tyres for claim (item no.[protected] &[protected] to m/s automate tyre, amravati (maharashtra)and both were accepted against the payment of rs. 3209/- respectively. I already purchased two tyres of rs. 5000/- each from m/s automate tyres, amravati on the condition that when my claim will be accepted they will give me the difference amount. But now m/s automate tyres are saying that they will not give the difference amount of rs. 1791/- (rs. 5000-rs. 3209) per tyre but will give only rs.791/- (rs. 4000- rs. 3209) per tyre.

I, Ramvir Singh Kundu, R/o H No 66, Gali No-A2, Ashok Vihar III Extn, Gurgaon (Mob: [protected]) have the honor to state the following for your kind consideration:

1. During the month of Mar/Apr 2022, MRF authorized dealer M/s Tyre Palace, Gurgaon raised my claim for Tyre Damaged under Warranty.

2. After around 10 days I received a message from MRF that my Claim No[protected] of Rs 1391/- has been accepted.

3. I approached to this dealer for payment of this compensation to me.

4. The dealer asked the claim receipt from. I said I no such receipt was given to me.

5. I have approached 2-3 times to this dealer for payment of Claim but with-out receipt he refused to pay the claim.

6. On 10 Dec 2022 I requested a gentleman named Mr Aman Tripathi of Gurgaon MRF and briefed about the case, he also refused to help and said that dealer will not pay the claim without the receipt.

7. Please advise how can I get this Claim.
