Sir/Mam,
I, Ramvir Singh Kundu, R/o H No 66, Gali No-A2, Ashok Vihar III Extn, Gurgaon (Mob: [protected]) have the honor to state the following for your kind consideration:
1. During the month of Mar/Apr 2022, MRF authorized dealer M/s Tyre Palace, Gurgaon raised my claim for Tyre Damaged under Warranty.
2. After around 10 days I received a message from MRF that my Claim No[protected] of Rs 1391/- has been accepted.
3. I approached to this dealer for payment of this compensation to me.
4. The dealer asked the claim receipt from. I said I no such receipt was given to me.
5. I have approached 2-3 times to this dealer for payment of Claim but with-out receipt he refused to pay the claim.
6. On 10 Dec 2022 I requested a gentleman named Mr Aman Tripathi of Gurgaon MRF and briefed about the case, he also refused to help and said that dealer will not pay the claim without the receipt.
7. Please advise how can I get this Claim.

MRF Tyres customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Seeing the quality of Mrf Company, we bought four tyer from Mrf Company, but we had to replace two tyer before a year was over and one more has to be changed. Also, even when the tyer is changed, its cost is recovered. I am submitting a copy of this to you in this comment.
I believe if your item is not what you sell and what you advertise as having had to replace two tires in one year and have to replace one more and if I am wrong I hope the murph company will give me a benefit.
Hope you will reply soon and take action keeping the above in mind.
