I willing to change my old rear tyre with new one of mrf but anywhere in market of pimpri chinchwad, pune i found only ceat tyres
I tried so much by internet also to find mrf dealer near me, but waste poor situation of mrf
Every tyre shop keeps only ceat and offers ceat tyres
Even generally walking to anywhere in market we easily found ceat tyre

I wanted to take tyre from mrf
But you doesn't me

I brought honda unicorn 160 after one month tyre is leakage, i approach honda company they give letter and tell go mrf tyre and sale. But in sale service check and tell please open the tyre and bring then after he change if internal check up done. It is very sad to know this type of thing to going, near by area 5 km no services to open tyre. This is happen in vijayawada city, they told no tyre of this model pls go and parches, then after if tyre is defect then we pay.

Sunil Motors) located at 3452-A, Ground Floor, Delhi Chamber Building, Delhi Gate, Behind Delhi Gate Telephone Exchange near Raghunath Mandir, Delhi-110002, who deals in MRF tyres and Tubes has been misusing your brand name and even scratch the MRP(Maximum retail price ) of MRF Tubes and overcharge the rates from consumers stating that the rates are exceedingly charged from MRF company and that the rates on the pack is old printed and so the new tube rates are yet to come so that`s why we are charging you the new rates as per the directions of the company Due to this we consumers looses faith on MRF company tyres and tube and are confused whether the rates mentioned on the product is new or old and also whether the product is genuine or not.We have switched to other brands of tubes where clear rates without manipulation is written. Kindly see this matter seriously and take necessary legal action against the shopkeeper who is spoiling the image of your company. For investigation you can send your representative as a customer and will know the real facts. Kindly keep my identity secret for safety point of you. This is for your Kind information only. Thanks.

I have honda cb hornet vehical crake in tyre. But honda delay say not valid front crake, valid only side cradle. And his says this crke resion is punchor, but full tyre only 1 puncher. My bike perchesing date=03/03/2017 &km 10890,

I had bought a tyre for my pickup on[protected] which got bubbles within run of 6000kmtrs and was replaced by your dealer tyre world bantwal musa bc road charging rs 2683/- on 17/4/2017. Now after the run of 8000 kmtrs similar bubble can be seen on that tyre.
Our buying mrf tyres was only for quality.
I request you to kindly replace us with a good quality tyre immediately.

Sir i lives in saharanpur and always use mrf tyres in my nano car. It is second time when i came here for balancing and alignment. One more person came here after half an hour. My work was under process but your service provider attended him and my work leave mid in the time. Is it should be. Please register my complaints and take necessary action under intimation to undersigned.

I am mintu i purchase a tyre from mrf center 6-7months ago and they gave me 6 year warranty and now the tyre is blooming from the side then i go to nearest mrf tyre service center they said to me he will change the within 2 days but it's chargeable so what is the warranty of mrf if it's is chargeable i wnt to change my tyre if it's possible otherwise i have another option also available

This is bring to your notice that i have purchased mrf tyre (Rear) for my hero honda passion on 8th june 2017. But the the tyre doesn't fit me in the rim of the vehicle. When i complained to the dealer where i purchased it they say it they say it is tyre's fault and it should be sent to the company only and i would be getting a sms after 15 days and they will not exchange the tyre immediately just because of the company's policy.

Today i visit your delearship at nadiad and the owner mr viraj patels behaviour is not good and not loyal to customer. He is not proper for your company profile and he has no credit card machine so the customer is in trouble for payment and he is no compromise anything and he say a run my policies not company policies so i have many time faced this type of behaviour by your mrf delership owner and this is wrong impression to mrf compnay so i request please do something and take action as soon as possible.

I purchased bajaj avenger in july 2015 and till date, total running is noted at 19000 kms. Many a times i felt the low air pressure in the front tyre which i generally topped up with air. But last week i opened up the tyre and noticed that there were 5 cracks from inside of the tyre and the wires (Tyre wire) were coming out of those cracks that ultimately caused 5 minor punctures to the tube. Since i was in the middle of the highway, i had no other option than to get the cracks fixed through patches so as to reach home. Then i submitted the tyre in their pune office and they've rejected the complaint saying that it is not a manufacturing fault.
Can anyone tell me how come the wires are coming out from the inside? Isn't that a manufacturing fault?
And the reason they are giving is "some nail would have got into the tyre which caused this"
I'm riding bikes from the last 13 years and all the cases of nails getting into tyres have caused puncture to the tube. How come the tyre is getting cracks from inside and the wires are coming out?

I had purchased 4 car tyres 175/65r14 82h zlx tl mrf on 18.06.2017 from city car shoppe shalimar bagh delhi 110088 vide invoice no r/ 17-18/697. Out of these, one tyre has been cut. I shown it to the dealer and he told me that it can not be repaired. Then i asked to replace it as it is under guarantee. But he refused to replace the same.

You are requested to instruct the dealer to replace the same as it is a goodwill mattter of your reputed company.

I just wanted to share an incident which happens with me at mrf lucknow depot {address is attached} due which i am so disappointed and feeling harassed. I was at lucknow mrf depot to show my honda activa 125 tyre which had a air bubble on the right side of the tyre... The engineer who took inspection of activa just rejected it by saying that a puncture is made on the side which cause damage on tyre. I told him that puncture was made two and a half month past how could it affects my tyre now but he started shouting and gether 2-3 persons for his support... Another engineer mr sandeep came and started arguing on this...
Seeing this i tried to customer service of mrf, the concern from cs asked me for the rejection note no... I asked both the engineer for the same they started yelling at us and shouted you have called for complaint now nobody can do this any thing on this before your call we can think to adjust but now we can't do just take the rejection note and leave the place both the person started shouting... After this my colleague ask there name and employee id they both came with 3more person and started threatening us that we cannot do anything thing with them... Wherever we want to complaint...
In between last argument the sr engineer (Who came from kanpur as the lucknow engineer is on leave) told mr sandeep to shoot a mail to senior officials to save themselves if we complaint against them...
Thats how actually mrf deal with the customer. We, the customers made mrf like mrf and if this kind of behavior is going to expect for a mnc then it is really disgusting. I already put it on twitter handle of mrf but nothing came. Is this your policy. I want to take a strict action against those people and correct my vechicle tyre

Dear sir, i, hitesh sharma from jalandhar bought anew car from lovely autoes jalandhar in dec 2013. The total running of this car till today is almost 11000 km..4 days back whgen i was coming from my office, the rear tyre got bursted. Thak god i narrowly escaped as the speed of car was very slow. It is my humble request to replace the tyre as condition of the tyre is very very fine.

I purchased a new baleno. Within 4500 km driven by 3 months rear left tyre was bursted on the national highway with speed 40 km.

Maruti and mrf not willing to replace the new tyre.
Very worst quality of tyre.

I came to know from this site that this sort of complaint is more. I have my own doubt that the design parameters of new baleno is wrong. That is why tyres are bursted without proper reason on the road.

I purchased royal enfield from synergy (Sakinaka) in nov-16.

Byk run only 4000 km in 8 months.

From day i am getting rear tyres issue... On normal speed if we applied normal break the rare tyres automatically skit...

I highlighted issue with royal enfield service center, after all checking they found that rare tyres was faulty.

They replaced existing tyres temporary basis and l also take test drive its now satisfactory.

It is under warranty, let us know the next procedure to replace the faulty tyres

I bought a tyre for my bike (Cb-shine) from road wheel tyre, salatwada, vadodara, and gujarat.
After few days i observe that there is leakage in tyre, so i went there & tell them about it. After that they check ring, & scratch it by sandpaper if there any corrosion. After few days again i observe same issue & went there to check again. They had done the same thing as done previously. But still problem is same. So they suggested me to go nearest mrf service centre.
I went there & tell them about problem, & what they said?
He said this leakage is due to scratch of ring, you have to paint it again form inside. Whoa!!!
After that he said there may be problem in ring also, so he makes two marks – one on tyre & another one on ring from where leakage was observed. After that he change the position of tyre & check, then we conclude that there is a fault in tyre because leakage observed at tyre mark not ring mark after changing position of tyre.
Then representative of shop, said right now we don’t have tyre in stock for cb-shine, so we will call you, & told me about charges of rs. 350/- for use of this tyre.
If this takes too much time then is it my problem???
Why i have to pay 350/- rs. For using this tyre??? I already pay 1900/- for the same & they give me 5 years guarantee.

Till now i didn’t get any call from there & problem is same.

I bought mahindra scorpio which came with mrf wanderer tyres. Aftr 30, 000 kms running, a bump occured in one of the tyre. When filled wit air, the bump is cleary visible. I gave tht tyre to dealer "anurag tyres" situated at padmanabh nagar, bhopal. He sent that tyre to company which rejectd the claim stating tht it is not manufacturing defect. This is totaly wrong on company's part as almost half life of the tyre was left and still we had to pay for a new tyre even when its a company defect which has been identified by many person including mechanic & a person at the dealer also.
The other 3 tyres are in totally good condition after the same running but only one had this problm. Hws this possible if its not manufacturing defect

Sir i had purchased my fz-s ver 2.0 in 2015 june and runs at 18000kms till now, can i had a warrenty to this, i had a call to yamaha dealer they didn't respond to my call clearly, i want to exchange my rear tyre on warrenty, i had a positive opinion on mrf tyres and i suggest all of them to buy mrf for better grip. So, please give a response to my complaint.

Very poorly run customer service. Of the numerous tyre complaints, i also join the huge list of complaints from this defective tyre manufacturer. I bought 4 mrf tyres with 185.65. R15 - zvtv specifications for my hyundai verna 1.6 from mrf authorized dealer in kumbakonam. On returning to chennai, one of the tyres became flat. I used the spare tyre and returned to chennai. On reaching the mrf office at guindy, the technical person mr siddarth on inspection of the tyre told me that the tyre has been damaged due to external damage and refused the claim. The tubeless tyre was bought on 8-july-2017 and by 11-july-2017, it has been declared as useless. What kind of quality is mrf following. The customer service person was very rude and arrogant. This is unacceptable behaviour from mrf customer service
