Hello sir m sandeep chauhan ramesh enclave rohini m rahta hu .abhi 5 month pahele maine bike li thi super splender or uske lagatar pechar hone ki wajah se maine DUDEJA tyres wale k pass jakar tube less tyre liye bola tha, mujhe nhi pata tha ki tyre m tube dalti h ya nhi ..usnne is baat k fyada utha kr tubetyre daal diya jb maine usko phone karke pucha toh usne kaha tube wala tyre maga tha toh whi dala h ...or agle din jb gya toh usne tube tyre ko tube less bana kr de diya ...i mean same tyre m se tube nikal kr tubeless bana diya .or kaha lo ho gya ...Tube tyre ko tubeless bana kr bech rahe h ...dudeja tyres n mujhe tube tyre ko tubeless bana kr becha h ... Hi i am referring to a manufacturing defect in the mrf tyre fitted in my swift car, the tyre got a cut while driving at a very slow speed without the intervention of any stone or something, it was due to defective tyre as the rubber of tyre is not 100% tested. The rubber has small cracks and this lead to the big cut. I tried to get it replaced but the mrf rejected claiming it is a cut due to hit by something. I escalated this issue with mrf but they are not ready to acknowledge that it is a manufacturing defect. Please help me to save my hard earned money and not waste it on defected quality tyres by mrf

Sir mene mrf helpine me baat ki unhone bola aap humare service center jaao vo aap ki help kre ge. Me shastri nager wale mrf service center gya vo krishna squre me h. Unhone mera tyre reject kr diya. Fhir mene mrf me complaint krwai tho 3 days me mere paas ek call aa ya mrf ki traf se unhone bhi meri koi help nhi ki vo bole sir aap new tyer purchase kr lo.. Ab dubara se complaint krwa di mrf ne ab fhir se ek call aae ga.. Sir meri mrf india se help lene h sir aap mera tyre tube replacement krwa ne me help kro.
Sir mrf ki helpline me bolte h aap jaao apko new tyer provide kraya jaae ga l. Or wha jaate h to reject hota h tyer.

Hello am raghunath godbole residing at pune, warje. On 14 may 2017 i have purchased a mrf tubeless tyre for my scooter (Pleasure) from one of your dealer outlet at raviwar, peth pune, (M/s m baldota, 768, raviwar peth near sonya maruti chowk pune. His cash memo no is 5479 of 14/05/2017.

Immediately after the purchase i found the rear wheel tyre has some problem of air leakage. I took a trial for valve leakage for two three days. Even i showed the same to local vendor and got confirmed that there is no valve leakage. Then we had through checking for puncture, but if could not found. After a week past the frequency of holding air in rear tyre got high. I had to fill up the air twice a day.

So i decided to visit vendor where i purchased the tyre. His person checked the same normally but he could not find a puncture. Again after the same i requested him to fill more air to find out the leakages. He did so and found one leakage on the edge of the tyre.

While i was discussing the issue with the shopkeeper the workman continued the job hurriedly and removed the puncture.

I asked him due to what the tyre got puncture, is there was nail, or any other substance you find. He said no.

I asked him then without asking me why you removed the same hurriedly.
Sir it was manufacturing defect as by putting more air pressure than required the original hole got blow up and the air was getting leakage.

One of my friends is having weight approx 90-95 kg. I remembered that we travel last week many times as to respond the hospital duty, where my friends brother was admitted.
Instead of the correctly analysis the case of puncture the shop keepers workman did the repairs.
In this case i feel that the shopkeeper hide the manufacturing fault of tyre and hurriedly worked out the problem with regular practice of making fool to customer.

I request you to reconsider the matter of inspection if required and get me the new tyre as the old one has manufacturing fault of having pin hole which got blow up after some use.

I brought honda activa i brought it on 2016 i have frount tyre issue my frount tyre bloom. I rode only 4k kilometers
I went to mrf showroom in panipat
They are asking 1200rs to replace the new tyre.
I changed my tyre and register complaints against bloom tyre.
But now my claim is accepted against only rs. 277.00 which is a very low payment
Tyre is in 75%condition
Please help me to replace at low cost..

I have purchased 2 MRF tyres from Sri Srinivasa Enterprizes, Khammam in March-2016, out of which one tyre grips have been open from the tyre while the car is running and bet the back bumper and tail lamp strip in the left back. The bumper and tail lamp have been damaged because of the tyre. The tyre is not punctured but its grips have been open. The total cost for the damage is Rs.7000/- and the tyre cost. When I approached dealer, he said that, he will send the tyre to the company but, he did not replace the tyre. He told that he will not be sure that it will be get replaced. It is a paining answer to me. I believed MRF tyres, I have been using them from last 12 years for my car. But the company is not responding immediately to the needs of customers when they are in problem. It is very bad to hear. I request the company personnel to address the issue and keep the hopes of the company.

I have purchased 4 mrf typre for my figo in month of may 2017 while servicing team found 2 tyres have manufacturing fault and they asked me to get it checked with mrf. I have submitted both tyre one they accepted with cost of 1997 to pay to get new tyre which is irrelevant in case of manufacturing fault and warranty period. For second tyre they refuse to take it saying no fault. I am not sure to whom to reach i am facing bad experience with such big company.

Hello sir ... I brought bajaj rs-200 I brought it on 2016 - may... I have rear tyre issue air is leaking in my rear tyre but there is no puncture in tyre... I rode only 7k kilometers
I went to mrf showroom in Namakkal...
They are asking 2k to replace the tyre...
Tyre is in 75%condition
They are changing too much
I didn't changed the tyre
Please help me to replace at low cost...

I sold a mrf tyre from lakshmi tyre house (Ramkrishna plaza main road k. Bagh) patna-20 from the date of[protected].
After 4 days from the date of selling my tyre punchered. I repaired my puncher and driving. Again after one day my tyre had puncher. I went to the repair shop for repairing my puncher then the technacian of that repair shop was told me that your tyre have permanent leakege problum.
I went to the shop where i bought mrf tyre, the shopkeeper told me that u come tomorrow. I went next day, his reply was same. Shopkeeper never try to solve my problum. He told me to the date of selling any problum u have i changed the tyre or replace the tyre but he did not..

there is very bad condition of my tyre. this is tear 9"
when i demand for replace this tyre that he is not give me claim

Hi I'm jebin from Kanyakumari diste 2days before I bought a mrf tyre from one workshop when I fixed it to my bike splender plus I felt unsatisfide when I drive my bike damaged roads I felt panger it's Annoying me it's Prince also 1750 rs I consult about this to the workshop they said not possible to change it we can't do anything so please resolve this problem first time I hate MRF tyre

I have claimed for replacement of defective tyre (Air bubble found in ply of tube less tyre), under si. No. 0813 but i am being paid of rs 575 by dm mrflmd is this correct according to rule of tyre manufacturer company. And i have applied for the claim of tyre from ramshyam tyre dealer bhind madhya pradesh
So please reply as soon as possible.

Sir, i have brought Suzuki Baleno on 3rd Jan 2017 provided with MRF tubeless tyre size 185/65 R15 88S (MRFZVTV). My car run only 4200 km and I have recently found my car tyre get damaged,
I always have different view on MRF, a company that we all trust in the quality and reliability. I am confused and doubting on its claim of longevity when I think of my case.
Still I have trust on MRF and request the authority to look into the matter and replace my car tubeless tyre.

I bought pulsar 220f in 2016 September .. Recently it was punctured I went to the normal shop to get it done.. And recently again the air is coming out from the same puncture hole.. Its been happening thrice Nw.. I wanted to to know if I can replace it or just complain! Now when I call these mrf customer care they just don't bother to reply! Ive tried everywhere. I think I haven't got any thing worth my money.. I can't get new one as its too expensive

I have a maruthi car punctured on 7/3/17 when i dismantled the tyre they told the tbue got punctured in the side joint, then i contacted the dealer Ashok
Tyres, 149, M.S.Road, Vadasery, Nagercoil on11/3/17.They gave me a new tube for Rs 450/- and registered a CLAIM FORWARDING DOCKET Ref No 15835.but they didnot give a bill and told to give the money when the claim is accepted. Then I received the msg 145/80 R12 INS TUBE under No.[protected]Sl.No. 5JUL 13)i enquired thro[protected] on18/[protected]@1.03 pm &23/3 @1.08pm but they not responded well and told the claim rejected.I met the dealer and asked about same day evening they told they missed ur tube so send the cmd again tomorrow.then i recd the new No:[protected].on 27mar13, same day i recd the msg claim accepted against payment of Rs151/- I recd the payment only 300/- balance they gave abillno54467/30-03-17.Now my question is why the penalty Rs 151/- and 6 times i went there for enquiry thus i got me stress.When i enquired they didnot give responsible and the dealer not gave the full money.So kindly give me the reason of the penalty. Whether the wear and tear is applicable for the tube or the tyre, i complaint the tube only.kindly pl verify it and clarify the same.

Dear sir,

I bought new rear Tyre and tube for my splendor bike on 5th July 2016 from JAISWAL TYRES of MRF Dealers LUCKNOW . After use of 6 months i found leakage. When i check in detail i found crack on joints which is manufacturing defect of tube . Also i make a complain through dealer end and attached the photograph.So please look in this issue and replace the same under warranty .

Your franchise(payyil tyres) in samkranthi, kottayam, kerala did a wheel alignment on my car on[protected]. They did improper alignment and when I asked for repair it again l, the reply from their side was awkard. Is this way you treat your customer?
