I PURCHASED A NEW CAR MARUTI SWIFT DZIRE ON 30 SEP 2013, AND THE CAR WAS DELIVERED ON 6TH OF OCT 2013.

WITHIN ONE MONTH WHILE I WAS TRAVELLING TOWARDS TADA FROM CHENNAI ON 9TH NOV 13, ENROUTE THE TYRE GOT BURST BEFORE GUMUDIPOONDI ON HIGHWAY IN THE CENTRE OF THE ROAD. WHEN WE GOT DOWN WE THOUGHT IT WILL BE A PUNTURE IN THE TUBELESS TYRE.

BUT TO MY SURPRISE I FIND THAT THE TYRE HAS GOT DAMAGED NOT IN THE FLAT SIDE TOUCHING THE ROAD BUT IT HAS BEEN DAMAGED JUST ABOVE THE FLAT SIDE OF TYRE ., I.E., ON ONE OF THE SIDES OF THE TYRE. WE CHANGED THE TYRE AND PROCEEDED FOR THE JOURNEY. I HAD JUST RUN 1000 KM IN A NEW CAR THE TYRE GET BURST. ON THE COMPLAINT FILED WITH THE MRF IN THEIR INSPECTION REPORT DT 13.11.2013, THEY HAVE GIVEN THE REASON AS EXTERNAL DAMAGE ON TREAD DUE TO TYRE RUNNING OVER SHARP EXTERNAL OBJECT.

IT IS NOT UNDERSTOOD THAT HOW A SHARP OBJECT CAN TOUCH THE TYRE IN THE SIDE IN THE MIDST OF A ROAD WHILE TRAVELLING, FURTHER MORE THERE IS NO HIT ON THE VEHICLE WHEN A TYRE HAS TO HIT A SHARP OBJECT NO OTHER PART OF THE VEHICLE GETS HIT IS A SURPRISE. THEY ARE TRYING TO COVER THEIR SALE OF DEFECTIVE TYRE WHICH HAS SO MANY HOLES ON THE SIDE AS VISIBLE IN THE PHOTO. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE TYRE MAY BE FROM A BATCH WHICH HAS EXHAUSTED ITS LIFE. THE TYRE HAS GOT CUT OR TORN DUE TO WEAK POINT OR AIR WANTING TO PASSON WHEN ON THE ROAD VEHICLE WAS MOVING. AND IF ON THE ROAD TYRE CANNOT BEAR THE STONES THEN WHAT IS THE STRENGHT OF THE MRF TYRE. A REPUTED COMPANY MANUFACTURING WORLD CLASS TYRE CANNOT SHY AWAY WITH THEIR RESPONSIBILITY STATING THAT AN EXTERNAL DAMAGE HAS OCCOURED DUE TO SHARP EXTERNAL OBJECT. NO ONE WILL APPLY A SHARP OBJECT ON ROAD WHILE IT IS RUNNING.

THE FACT IS THAT IF THE COMPANY IS NOT WILLING TO ADMIT THE POOR QUALITY OF TYRE, BUT GIVES REASONS THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. IF THE POOR QUALITY HAS RESULTED IN LOSS TO A CUSTOMER IT SUBMIT FLIMSY REASONS. I NEED YOUR SUPPORT IN THIS REGARD.

MOREOVER I AM UNABLE TO ATTACH THE PHOTO AS ONLY UPTO 2 MB PHOTO IS BEING ACCEPTED WHEREAS MY PHOTO SIZE IS 2.6 MB.

    as i bought a new yamaha fzs in sairam motors padi, chennai. while i ridding my bike on R.K SALAI near city center my bike's rear tyre got burst while i ridding and i escaped from a big accident... then i came to know that tyre quality is very cheap. MRF TYRE MANUFACTURE whole unit are cheat and fraud, they are cheating people by giving low quality. today i went to MRF service station EKATTUTHANGAL. I met one of the manger mr.vivek he said this is not our mistake and he wont claim and give he didnt respond and not communicated wit us properly.. we are not satisfied with him.. so we met another manager mr. nageesh, that gentleman said YAMAHA company only asked our MRF group to manufacture this kind of low quality tyers SAID COOLLY and he went inside... regarding this i discussed with my lawyer and we are gonna file a damage suite againts these cheats... for more details contact R.SRINIVASAN ([protected])

      My Honda city VMT car purchased in Apr 2012 came with MRF tyres. The car has done approx 13000 Kms as on date. However recently i noticed a bubble on my front left tyre bearing sl no.[protected]: Kindly check and do the needful as i feel unsafe to drive with this tyre.       MRF Tyre:Air Bubble on my MRF Tyre
      I purchased new 4 tyres for my Maruti Suzuki Ritz VDI.Within 4 months one of them tyre have an air bubble.Then I complaint to Sai tyre delare of MRF tyre.He send my tyre to company for replacement.Compant rejected the claim for replacement of tyre because of one panchuture.I requested company to replace tyre due to air bubble.If tyre have air bubble they must replace it.How can reject tyre saying that it has panchuture?Company is reponsible for bad quality.Air bubble is defect of company manifacturing.So I want company to replace my tyre as early as possible.

        I had purchased tempo tube (Atul Shakti) on 30/07/2013 from siddharth tyre Address:- Block A suryamani complex, Akbharnagar char rasta, new Vadaj, Ahmedabad next day while using the tempo due to the normal bad condition of the roads suddenly the air was removed from the Tyre on its own so we changed the Tyre and went to the above address mentioned he opened Tyre and checked it and the valve from the tube was removed so we asked him to replace the tube but he is not able to agree it and asked us to go to the company and next day I went to the company and showed the tube there he replied that here we do not replace tempo Tyre tube then he said go to the dealer and the dealer says if we had purchased from him then show the bill then where should we go? we had purchased MRF tube only so I will be thankful to you if you help me and please help us to replace our tube

        MRF TYRES — tearing of tyres within 11 months of use

        I BROUGHT NEW BIKE PULSOR 135 CC 3rd JANUARY 2010. THE TYRE OF FORE WHEAL TEAR OF IN MIDLINE ON 10TH NOVEMBER.TYRE NOMBER IS 275/17 FS .I HAVE CLAIM FOR SAME WITHIN 1 DAY BUT NO ANSWER TILL DATE.

          We purchased four Mrf zvtv tubeless tyres for our Honda city on 17/09/2012 from m/s Dhanshetty tyres, Bijapur. The first tyre showed bloating on sides (tyre-air) in feb 2013, was returned. We got the new tyre after paying Rs.1750/- for so called usage charges. The second tyre showed same defect and was returned in march again after paying the usage charges. The third tyre burst out on the road due to the same defect and has been returned on 1/4/13. we have now paid almost half the amount in excess for the defective tyres that were supplied. This is poor quality control or primitive technology from the so called leading tyre co. in india. Everyone should know this and avoid buying tyres from MRF.

          I am also facing the same problem. I bought my Honda City in May 2012. On 16th July 2013 I noticed that the tyre on the driver side has Tyre air bloating. I have only driven 7000 Kms. I was thinking of going to the company for replacement, but with your experience, I think its better to go for a new tyre of different make, may be Bridgestone. I have changed all 4 tyres of my Indica car with Bridgestone make tyres and they are running trouble free for more than 18000 Kms.
          I had purchased MRF ZVTS Tyre & tube for my Maruti Zen Car on 14/01/2012 from MRF retailer for Shinde Tyres at Satara ( Pin 415001. The tyre got punctured & nail pierced out bursting the inner steel threads causing total damage to entire air tube. we get repaired as we were travelling in remote places. Again it got bursted and then we took it to MRF limited Kolhapur - pin 416001 for Replacement which they denied. How can nail pierce tearing steel thread - it means it is manufacturing deficiency/ defect. I am going to challenge it is court & expose the MRF which is just exploiting the Indian consumers. Complaint sent to their HO.

            Replacement warranty

            Sir;

            I bought a new ford figo diesel car in july 2012 fitted with mrf tubeless tyres. Mrf providing warranty along with the vehicle. One of front tyre started exhibiting premature wear and tear before 10000kms.

            Complaint logged on 02/03/2013 at gola mrf tyre outlet & mrf dealer send for checking tyre at lucknow mrf office, message for the same has been received on my mobile for register claim on 12/03/2013...

            Dear Sir,

            I have purchased four MRF tyres for replacement in my Maruti Alto Car on 15th June 2012 from M/s. Delhi Tyre, Gurgaon. Since the purchase of said tyres in June 2012 my Car has run about 4000 Kms. While the two tyres fitted in the rear side of my Car are absolutely fine but the tyres fitted on the front side have become almost totally bald.

            MRF tyres are expected to have a life of about 40000 to 50000 Kms therefore there is no reason why the tyres can become flat after just 4000 Kms. These tyres have some manufacturing defect which is the responsibility of the company. Therefore the company is liable to replace these tyres with new one.

            Please look into the matter and register my complaint.

              I am the customer of MRF TYRES .I have purchased Swift dziser I have claim for B Y TYRES SOLAPUR MAHARASHTRA. BY Recicept.no 0217 dated 10/11/2012 within three month one tyre are dameged its manufacturing defects .So i given that inspection on 10/11/2012 to your autories dealars . I request many time to comply my tyre .So request you to look my matters earliar and give me justice
              Hi,

              I bought a new Ecosport in end of May 2014. It had MRF Tyres of it. In August, the sides of my front tyre( left side) peeled off. I took it to MRF office in kochi, ( opp to Kaloor Stadium). They said it is not the complaint of the manufacturing. I don't know, how your person figured it.

              Yesterday( Dec 16th) when i was driving the car very slowly, the tyre hit with a stone and the other side tyre got damaged and punchered . It was at showroom of Ford and there was no speed for the car.
              Also you can see in the photo that even the wheel cover was not damaged. That means it is the problem with the tyres

              After that I am clear that it is either dues to manufacturing defects of MRF tyres or due to bad quality of rubber etc.

              Kindly check what is the possibility of replacements of the tyres and let me know what i should do.

                Sir,
                My Name is Ajeet Gupta and i Have a Transport vehicle. I bought a Tyre from MRF - TYRES Company through a dealer. At that time they promised for a one year warranty under some conditions. After one month later there occurred some problem in the Tyre and that problem covers all the warranty rules. When i went to dealer for replacement than they submitted the Tyre for the further process , Now they are not giving me any response from their side. the cost of that Tyre is 9900 INA.

                  I want to draw your kind attention towards the above mention subject that I am an owner of New Ambassador 2000 DSZ Registration number UP-35/7786.I purchased five tyres 165/80R 15 from your MRF Exclusive Dealer MANSOORI BROTHERS in Unnao district o[censored]ttar Pradesh on dated 11/05/2010 of Rs.14250.00.The photocopy of the concerned sale invoice is enclosed here with as Enclosure number-1 for your kind information.

                  2. After abut the six months, my vehicle starts bubbling at the speed of more than 80KM/Hour.When I told this problem/fact at the time of balancing & alignment Bakshi tyres at Lucknow then he told me after the inspection of all the tyres that two tyres are de shaped due to that this problem is arising & that both tyres are totally new and this is the manufacturing fault only & I should contact the dealer from where I bought these tyres & he will get it manage to replace them as reultong of manufacturing defect.Then I have bought this matter in knowledge to borrowing MRF Exclusive Dealer MANSOORI BROTHERS in Unnao & I requested him that I will buy immediately two new afro mentioned tyres for my Ambassador to maintain my car in running position & two manufacturing defective tyres should be sent to company for replacement.

                  3. MRF Exclusive Dealer MANSOORI BROTHERS Unnao was agreed for this but he told him that at this time I have no 165/80R 15 86SZVTS tyres & very shortly as those tyres will come he will inform me immediately for the same. But when 15 days are over no information was sent to me by MRF Exclusive Dealer MANSOORI BROTHERS Unnao then I again went to him personally & asked him about the same, he informed that aforesaid tyres are neither in his shop at Unnao nor at Kanpur go down, they are in transit from Chennai & within a week that will reach to Kanpur & he will make it arrange the same as earliest as possible but it will never happen in ground level.Here it is not out of place to mention that I have contacted several times personally to MRF Exclusive Dealer MANSOORI BROTHERS Unnao but he always told that he made several personal & telephonic contact from Kanpur go down but till today there is no availability of your’s ambassador car tyre no 165/80 R 15 86 ZVTS. He also made several mobile calls before me from his shop to Kanpur & after every mobile talk he told me that aforesaid tyres are out of stock in Kanpur also & he also told me that only few car owners are remain o[censored]sing ambassador like me due to that manufacturing of such tyres are very less & due to this fact demand of such tyres are very low only few dealers send their demand & supply of them is so short & delay due to that all of this is happening of delay.

                  4.I ultimately explained that my car is not running well so please you are an authorized dealer arrange the MRF 165/80 R 15 86 ZVTS as earliest as possible as per my need & when you should not made the unavailability of the concerned number tyers 165/80 R 15 86 ZVTS then where should I go ? When previously I have already bought from you. After this critical situation he (MRF Exclusive Dealer MANSOORI BROTHERS Unnao) has advised me that I should trace out the availability of these tyres some where in Kanpur or Lucknow and should get from there as per my need & I will deposit/send my defective tyres at there & the same facility of replacement of manufacturing defevtive tyres will be available all over India & I can get it from there without any doubt.

                  4. Ultimately when I am totally disappointed from all manners from MRF Exclusive Dealer MANSOORI BROTHERS Unnao & then I came conclusion to purchase that tyres some where else from Kanpur or Lucknow & then I went to Kanpur & at there after wheel balancing & alignment I bought two new tyres 165/80 R 15 86 ZVTS from HIND TYRE CARE. 24/18, THE MALL, KARACHI KHANA, KANPUR-209801 and deposited my both manufacturing defective tyres with them for replacement. The photocopy of CLAIM DOCKET number 6782 dated 31/08/2012 & cash memo of two new tyres with the cash memo of balancing & wheel alignment done at that time is enclsoed as annexure number 2, 3, 4 & 5.It is worth while to mention here that at this time also HIND TYRE CARE,24/18, THE MALL, KARACHI KHANA, KANPUR is also agreed that both deposited tyres are manufacturing defective & it will get replaced within 15 days.

                  6. Here I also want to mention that on dated 26/07/2012 when I approached for wheel balancing & alignment with HIND TYRE CARE. 24/18, THE MALL, KARACHI KHANA, KANPUR, he has at that time said that both two tyres are de shaped due to manufacturing defect, it attracts immediate replacement of both of them for smooth running of vehicle. To prove it I am again enclosing the cash memo of wheel balancing & alignment done & issued by HIND TYRE CARE. 24/18, THE MALL, KARACHI KHANA, KANPUR as enclosure number 6 for you kind notice.

                  7. On dated 28 Sep. 2012 it has been informed by HIND TYRE CARE. 24/18, THE MALL, KARACHI KHANA, KANPUR on my mobile number[protected] that my replacement of both tyres have been rejected but the reason is not informed & very shortly the reason with my defective tyres will come back to him & I should collect from there.

                  8. On dated 08/10/2012, When I went to Kanpur to collect my tyres from HIND TYRE CARE. 24/18, THE MALL, KARACHI KHANA, KANPUR , he handed over my manufacturing defective tyres with two letters numbers :[protected] &[protected] of same date 19/09/2012 issued by Official Manager/Depot Supervisor MRF Limited 11/67, N Blok,Kakadeo, Kanpur-208025,U.P. in which the same unexpected surprising reasons have been mentioned as below in Para one of the above mentioned letter:-

                  “We have[protected][protected][protected]as a result of service abuse/uneven wear due to poor mechanical condition of the vehicle or inadequate tightness of the hub nuts.[protected][protected]--------this letter”

                  The rejection’s reason of replacement of both manufacturing defective tyres are not up to the marks on merit but only common reason has been mentioned just only as just one can say gol-mol & which is totally unaccepted in all respect. Enclosed as 7 & 8.

                  9. It is necessary to inform you that I have purchased/replaced all five tyres in a single stroke/one time for my car/vehicle on dated 11/08/2011 from MRF Exclusive Dealer MANSOORI BROTHERS in Unnao of number one excellent tyre 165/80 R 15 86 ZVTS of your’s MRF company which is known not only India but abroad also for their quality & customer satisfaction but I does not understand such company how can tolerate the replacement of by mentioning such type of very cheap reasons on which no one can faith on both manufacturing defective tyres of turn down of their replacement. And at the time of depositing both manufacturing defective tyres for replacement at KANPUTR without waiting your replacement decision I again purchased the same 165/80 R 15 86 ZVTS of your’s MRF company from HIND TYRE CARE. 24/18, THE MALL, KARACHI KHANA, KANPUR ON DATED 31/08/2012. This shows my faith & love with MRF company & your behavior & attitude in this matter is influencing my customer relations with MRF company which are most valuable & can not be affected & lost by such objectionable act.

                  So it is our request you to review & recall your decision immediately in the good quality services with your customer relations in the interest of MRF Company, please & please replace my both manufacturing defective tyres as earliest as possible.

                  I also want to point out that rejection of replacement of manufacturing defective tyres by mentioning such type of baseless reasons are totally unacceptable in any way & no doubt to mention that it is an unfair trade practise.

                  At this stage I am totally shocked about your non replacement decision of both manufacturing defective tyre by informing such type of cheap & unfaithful non scientifically reasons.

                  So in these compelling circumstances I want to specifically inform you that if you will not replace my both 165/80 R 15 86 ZVTS manufacturing defective tyres within fifteen days from the receipt of this letter/notice I will be free to knock the doors of appropriate court of LAW including CONSUMER FORUM at Unnao to file/lodge the suit/case of lack of service & unfair trade practice for which all the concerned will be personally responsible. PLEASE BE NOTED IT.

                  This letter of notice is intact in all forms & one copy of which is with me & please be keep it with you for the use of that time to time.

                    I want to draw your kind attention towards the above mention subject that I am an owner of New Ambassador 2000 DSZ Registration number UP-35/7786.I purchased five tyres 165/80R 15 from your MRF Exclusive Dealer MANSOORI BROTHERS in Unnao district o[censored]ttar Pradesh on dated 11/05/2010 of Rs.14250.00.The photocopy of the concerned sale invoice is enclosed here with as Enclosure number-1 for your kind information.

                    2. After abut the six months, my vehicle starts bubbling at the speed of more than 80KM/Hour.When I told this problem/fact at the time of balancing & alignment Bakshi tyres at Lucknow then he told me after the inspection of all the tyres that two tyres are de shaped due to that this problem is arising & that both tyres are totally new and this is the manufacturing fault only & I should contact the dealer from where I bought these tyres & he will get it manage to replace them as reultong of manufacturing defect.Then I have bought this matter in knowledge to borrowing MRF Exclusive Dealer MANSOORI BROTHERS in Unnao & I requested him that I will buy immediately two new afro mentioned tyres for my Ambassador to maintain my car in running position & two manufacturing defective tyres should be sent to company for replacement.

                    3. MRF Exclusive Dealer MANSOORI BROTHERS Unnao was agreed for this but he told him that at this time I have no 165/80R 15 86SZVTS tyres & very shortly as those tyres will come he will inform me immediately for the same. But when 15 days are over no information was sent to me by MRF Exclusive Dealer MANSOORI BROTHERS Unnao then I again went to him personally & asked him about the same, he informed that aforesaid tyres are neither in his shop at Unnao nor at Kanpur go down, they are in transit from Chennai & within a week that will reach to Kanpur & he will make it arrange the same as earliest as possible but it will never happen in ground level. Here it is not out of place to mention that I have contacted several times personally to MRF Exclusive Dealer MANSOORI BROTHERS Unnao but he always told that he made several personal & telephonic contact from Kanpur go down but till today there is no availability of your’s ambassador car tyre no 165/80 R 15 86 ZVTS. He also made several mobile calls before me from his shop to Kanpur & after every mobile talk he told me that aforesaid tyres are out of stock in Kanpur also & he also told me that only few car owners are remain o[censored]sing ambassador like me due to that manufacturing of such tyres are very less & due to this fact demand of such tyres are very low only few dealers send their demand & supply of them is so short & delay due to that all of this is happening of delay.

                    4.I ultimately explained that my car is not running well so please you are an authorized dealer arrange the MRF 165/80 R 15 86 ZVTS as earliest as possible as per my need & when you should not made the unavailability of the concerned number tyers 165/80 R 15 86 ZVTS then where should I go ? When previously I have already bought from you. After this critical situation he (MRF Exclusive Dealer MANSOORI BROTHERS Unnao) has advised me that I should trace out the availability of these tyres some where in Kanpur or Lucknow and should get from there as per my need & I will deposit/send my defective tyres at there & the same facility of replacement of manufacturing defevtive tyres will be available all over India & I can get it from there without any doubt.

                    4. Ultimately when I am totally disappointed from all manners from MRF Exclusive Dealer MANSOORI BROTHERS Unnao & then I came conclusion to purchase that tyres some where else from Kanpur or Lucknow & then I went to Kanpur & at there after wheel balancing & alignment I bought two new tyres 165/80 R 15 86 ZVTS from HIND TYRE CARE. 24/18, THE MALL, KARACHI KHANA, KANPUR-209801 and deposited my both manufacturing defective tyres with them for replacement. The photocopy of CLAIM DOCKET number 6782 dated 31/08/2012 & cash memo of two new tyres with the cash memo of balancing & wheel alignment done at that time is enclsoed as annexure number 2, 3, 4 & 5.It is worth while to mention here that at this time also HIND TYRE CARE,24/18, THE MALL, KARACHI KHANA, KANPUR is also agreed that both deposited tyres are manufacturing defective & it will get replaced within 15 days.

                    6. Here I also want to mention that on dated 26/07/2012 when I approached for wheel balancing & alignment with HIND TYRE CARE. 24/18, THE MALL, KARACHI KHANA, KANPUR, he has at that time said that both two tyres are de shaped due to manufacturing defect, it attracts immediate replacement of both of them for smooth running of vehicle. To prove it I am again enclosing the cash memo of wheel balancing & alignment done & issued by HIND TYRE CARE. 24/18, THE MALL, KARACHI KHANA, KANPUR as enclosure number 6 for you kind notice.

                    7. On dated 28 Sep. 2012 it has been informed by HIND TYRE CARE. 24/18, THE MALL, KARACHI KHANA, KANPUR on my mobile number[protected] that my replacement of both tyres have been rejected but the reason is not informed & very shortly the reason with my defective tyres will come back to him & I should collect from there.

                    8. On dated 08/10/2012, When I went to Kanpur to collect my tyres from HIND TYRE CARE. 24/18, THE MALL, KARACHI KHANA, KANPUR , he handed over my manufacturing defective tyres with two letters numbers :[protected] &[protected] of same date 19/09/2012 issued by Official Manager/Depot Supervisor MRF Limited 11/67, N Blok,Kakadeo, Kanpur-208025,U.P. in which the same unexpected surprising reasons have been mentioned as below in Para one of the above mentioned letter:-

                    “We have[protected][protected][protected]as a result of service abuse/uneven wear due to poor mechanical condition of the vehicle or inadequate tightness of the hub nuts.[protected][protected]--------this letter”

                    The rejection’s reason of replacement of both manufacturing defective tyres are not up to the marks on merit but only common reason has been mentioned just only as just one can say gol-mol & which is totally unaccepted in all respect. Enclosed as 7 & 8.

                    9. It is necessary to inform you that I have purchased/replaced all five tyres in a single stroke/one time for my car/vehicle on dated 11/08/2011 from MRF Exclusive Dealer MANSOORI BROTHERS in Unnao of number one excellent tyre 165/80 R 15 86 ZVTS of your’s MRF company which is known not only India but abroad also for their quality & customer satisfaction but I does not understand such company how can tolerate the replacement of by mentioning such type of very cheap reasons on which no one can faith on both manufacturing defective tyres of turn down of their replacement. And at the time of depositing both manufacturing defective tyres for replacement at KANPUTR without waiting your replacement decision I again purchased the same 165/80 R 15 86 ZVTS of your’s MRF company from HIND TYRE CARE. 24/18, THE MALL, KARACHI KHANA, KANPUR ON DATED 31/08/2012. This shows my faith & love with MRF company & your behavior & attitude in this matter is influencing my customer relations with MRF company which are most valuable & can not be affected & lost by such objectionable act.

                    So it is our request you to review & recall your decision immediately in the good quality services with your customer relations in the interest of MRF Company, please & please replace my both manufacturing defective tyres as earliest as possible.

                    I also want to point out that rejection of replacement of manufacturing defective tyres by mentioning such type of baseless reasons are totally unacceptable in any way & no doubt to mention that it is an unfair trade practise.

                    At this stage I am totally shocked about your non replacement decision of both manufacturing defective tyre by informing such type of cheap & unfaithful non scientifically reasons.

                    So in these compelling circumstances I want to specifically inform you that if you will not replace my both 165/80 R 15 86 ZVTS manufacturing defective tyres within fifteen days from the receipt of this letter/notice I will be free to knock the doors of appropriate court of LAW including CONSUMER FORUM at Unnao to file/lodge the suit/case of lack of service & unfair trade practice for which all the concerned will be personally responsible. PLEASE BE NOTED IT.

                    This letter of notice is intact in all forms & one copy of which is with me & please be keep it with you for the use of that time to time.

                      I am using a figo diesel with MRF tyres, covered 18000KM in 9 months (purchased on 15 Jan 2012) and from 10,000KM onwards a minor sound stared surfacing and was treated as mechanical complaints (replaced wheel bearings and bushes), but now the issue became serious when i did a rotation of my tyres. After long troubleshooting by the service centre it is found that the real issue is with tyres. I approached two authorized dealers of MRF and no one turned out to even inspect the issue. One tyre got fully worn out (FL) (not an alignment complaint) in 18000 KM's when I rotated the tyre after checking the alignment and with in 200 KMs inside thread of the new stepney tyre got worn out (Manufacturing complaint). Now on the same alignment I have covered 500KMS with another tyre and is not showing any complaint. Hence it is clear that the batch is having some serious complaint. NO one responsible is turning out, please do the needful or at least guide me where to get a solution.

                          Its a motorcycle tyre for KTM DUKE 200 and it has only done 730 km - it just blew out when i was slowing down, it happened on the highway in the night, it has an opening of 1 inch on the crown of the tyre. I managed to push the bike to a tyre repair shop and repaired it temporarily just to take me home. When I complained to PRO BIKING they told me they will get the MRF guy to look at it, on 29/03/12 they only took the photos and told me that the professionals will look at it send a reply It is amazing that a tyre complaint is not inspected by a qualified person PHYSICALLY and with out getting the history of the damage, but BY JUST LOOKING AT THE PHOTO'S they know what has caused the damage its ridiculous. Its today 10/04/2012, almost 13 days from the complaint and I still don't have any answer from MRF nor PRO BIKING the bike is just parked.

                          KTM YOU ARE NOT DOING US ANY FAVORS BY GIVING US A VERY GOOD AND CHEAP BIKE WITH THESE TYPE OF TYRES AND HEADACHES.

                          IT IS VERY VERY SHAMEFUL FOR MRF WHICH ARE SUPPOSE TO BE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY WHICH IS TAKING FOREVER TO SOLVING A CLAIM, SPECIALLY FOR BIKE TYRES WHERE THERE ARE NO SPARE TYRE FOR PEOPLE TO WAIT. VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

                          FOR SURE I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY MRF TYRE FOR MY CARS NOR WILL I RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES.

                            Two months ago, i bought a bike "CBZ Extreme" after 3 to 4 days i have started facing the problem of alignment. After getting it checked from service stations and other service centres, it came out the problem of Tyre instead of Rim. We (Me & Service Engineer of Hero Honda) approached the service showroom of MRFTyres (located at A-22 sivaji Marg Moti Nagar Delhi) for our problem, there we met with Mr. Bhattacharya (service engineer), we had told him the whole matter but he was least interested in paying attention to our issue, even the way he was interacting with us was very rude and harsh which is not expected from the service engineer of such a reputed company.There were many other customers as well who were complaining about the same problem which i am facing in my bike but no one was interested in attending the customers' issues, all were busy in doing their own tasks, don't know what. As far as i know, the prime responsibilities and objectives of service stations are attending to the customers' issues and getting them resolved in the best possible manner and being the representative of highly reputed company, it is expected from your service engineers and other related people to at least behave with the customers in the sophisticated manner. i am really disappointed after seeing the behavior of your representatives, they carries no etiquette and sophistication level. I would suggest you to take this seriously as this is really hampering the branding of MRF tyres in the market, and also please conduct some training sessions for your representatives on "How to behave/deal with customers", it is highly required on your part because if these representatives will continue to behave like this then i am quite sure that employer branding of MRF Tyres will be at stake and i am sure the big shots like you cannot afford to lose their customers to their competitors.


                            kindly look into my issue and resolve it at the earliest. Waiting for a positive reply from your side.

                              i had purchased 5 tyres from amar tyres at patiala. all the five tyres got bursted from same place. where as the dealer had exchanged three tyres he has refused tu exchange other two stating all tyres cannot be changed. My issue is is it my fault if company has manufactured defective tyres, I either need my complete money back or the tyres have to be replaced. my tyres are in gurantee period there is no puncture in it. According to dealer he cannot exchange as tyres are used, are MRF tyre people Tyres are always purchased to use and not to decorate homes. Even after paying 3000 above the market price to dealer i am suffering my trucks is standing and i am suffering loss to the tune of rs 5000 per day from last 10 days if my tyres are exchanged immediately i am going to claim entire loss from MRF.                                 I was purchased MRF tube(3.00-18 Tube (4 Jan 12 A 10)) on 14th Feb, 2012 at Lakshmi Ganapathi Tyres(MRF Tyres Exclusive Dealers), Anakapalle, Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh. After taking that tube I went to mechanic shop for fixing the tube then only I know about that tube is already damaged. I called ([protected]) to the MRF Dealer on 16th Feb, 2012 for this issue. But he answered very arrogant for this issue. I'm not bother about Rs.280, they are not giving proper reply for customers. MRF has a good brand name, this type of fellows are damaging the brand name and reputation. Please save customers from this type of fraud people.

                                  I had purchased a tyre of MRF ZVTS-FTT 175-65R14 (Sl. No.: [protected]) and after a running of around 1000 kilometers my tyre got a shape out problem. I first thought it might be some problem with alignment, so did it twice, but again the same problem while driving. Then we got the fault as it was the tyre which had the bulge out and was giving the problem. I then had Ms. Naveen Tyre Service, Dharwad Road to submit the tyre to company person for a replacement or at least some discount with the new ones as the tyre was new ones and had faced the problem, but the inspection revealed that tyre was damaged due to Run flat due to usage of the tyre after neglecting the injury caused by cuts, which makes no sense at all. So, I do want to get the correct diagnosis to be made from your end as to what can be done with the above mentioned issue.

                                  Plz do needful by your end ASAP.

                                  Tyre of MRF — problem in tyre

                                  On 16 Oct 2009, I had purchase a new bike of Yamaha from JK YAMAHA JAMMU. But from last month there is some problem in bike's tyre. When i will go to their showroom and tell him the story of the bike then they said to me there is not our issue. we can't do any thing bcoz tyre replacement is not in our hand. So pls suggest me what should i do. Also i want to make a complaint against MRF tyre.

                                    on 03/02/2012 i have bought a tyre-tube set for my splendor plus bike's rear cycle.At that time dealer said me that he will replace the tube if any defect found on it.But whenever i want to fit it in my bike i found that the vol-pin of it was so fitted that it can not be removed.After a few trial to remove, it broken and i can not fit it in the byke.then and there i went to the dealer named " TANTIA TYRE" to replace it.But he did not replace the tube and told me to buy another tube.he told me that he will send it to the company for replacement and if company will replace it then i can get my money back other wise nothing to do.So i am requesting you to take necessary observation so that i can get my money back.
