With this message I am not agree as there was a bubble in Car Tyre which was shown to dealer also. The matter is regretted. There is a small bubble again in another Tyre also. Dear Team,
I've got stock tyre of your company with my bike.140/70R/17 is a unique spec tubeless tyre from your company which is not manufactured by any other company in India. Unfortunately I've encountered 6 punctures in the same tyre and it has been only 1year and 15k km.I guess the air is not able to retain in tyre anymore therefore I have to fill air in the tyre everyday.I am facing a lot of trouble because of this.I request you to please replace the tyre.

Subject – Regarding manufacturing defective tyres.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
With reference to the above cited subject, I would like to inform you that, I had purchased new tyre of make TYRE NO: [protected] from your authorised dealer i.e. M/S Naveen Tyres LTD. Belgaum on 23rd July 2022 against Bill No. 33680. which comes under warranty.
But regret to inform you that with a month of the purchase suddenly tubeless tyre started losing air, hence I took the tyre to the dealer i.e. M/s Naveen Tyres on inspection it was found that there a bubble on outer portion of the tyre.
Further he assured me that he will resolve issue and replace me with new tyre as soon as possible and took my phone number, e-mail id and on[protected] I have received a mail from MRF officials claiming that my claim for a new tyre was rejected due to “through cut on side wall due to impact with some sharp object”.
But we like to inform your good self that the damage was caused due to manufacturing defect and not by any sharp object as alleged by you, if the damage was caused due to a sharp object there would be cuts on the tyre and not a bubble.
Hence, I would like to inform you that, you are liable to replace me with a new tyre as it was manufacturing defect and not by any negligence from my side. If there is no action taken by your side and same is not replaced, I am construed to take legal action against you.

I bought new Xuv 300. Its run only 12000Km. Its front left tyre has been burst in a pit. But company has not accepted the claim . They said cut has been done through sharp object . Which is not done. They reject my claim...

I purchase 2 no tyre size 165/80r14 zlx TL tyre from Your dealer Garg tyres Bharatpur (raj) bill no 1698 dated 24/8/2020 .The tyre complained is tread separation .I contact dealer then he send the tyre to company then company reject the tyre notifications no[protected] dated 15/9/2022 then the dealer send repeat with mark defect area then company reject twice also notification no[protected] dated 19/9/2022 return with same reason please solve my problem other wise I will go consumer foram

New tyres purchased last month . Only 300 km run . Tornout . complaint registered by SVRS TYRE WORLD MADIPAKAM .

This tyre is part of new XUV7OO Ax 7 delivered in December 2021. One tyre developed a cut on side wall which was shown to MRF after sales at sector 47 Gurgaon. Mr. Aman Tripathy, the MRF official there refused to replace the tyre which is under warranty still.
The cars has not been driven rash or off roads. The cut came up, may be due to a defect. I request to have it replaced. Thanks, Rishi ..

I have Tata Hexa XT model Car. Its tyre size I 235/55r19. When I purchase the car its come with MRF tyre so I always use MRF tyres. I drive my car on city road. I felt that something wrong with tyre pressure and than I drive my care to puncture man shop about 2 to 4 Kms. From the spote where my car being puncture. Sir, I had taken new two tires with a thick gutter of 7 * 15, which was not even a month later, the gutter started getting cut from inside both the tires. I had taken it from Nangloi metro tyre, but I went there with the tire and said sir, it will take ten days for the exchange to happen. Hi I brought MRF ZLX Series Tyres for my HONDA City I V TECH. After travelling of only 70kms suddenly my Front left side tyre got puncture. when i visited puncture shop they told there is no guarantee of side wall puncture whether it can be or not but they suggest best to replace tyre because side wall puncture cant be there for longer. So i have to make puncture because i was with my family and it was night time around 12.30pm. km far away from skoda showroom vadodara i talked on skoda customer care they told you have to visit your showroom. when next day went to MRF dealer Nashik and that MRF guy told me Why you make this tyre puncture ? He has to understand i was on highway and i joined spare wheel but for safe side i have to make puncture. Then MRF guy replied there is no guarantee of sidewall puncture. After my long argument he said we will send this to company for claim. After taking 10 days they replied that it was not manufacturing defect so they are not able to replace tyre. After taking brand new best in class ZLX series tubeless tyre, i had gone through this too much bad experience. I want replacement of this tyre. What should I do now. I don't trust MRF now.

We bought tractor rear tyre (Shakti life plus, size[protected] from Chugh automobile Hisar, Haryana, India on 8-Aug-2020. For a small farmer to select rear tyre is a big decision. Even we were replacing it for 1st time after buying tractor (After 8 years approx). Then on 16-Jul-2022, the tyre came sudden out of rim. We were surprised what happened suddenly, it's for the 1st time a tyre put out of rim. Even the mechanics are surprised and said we are looking this type of case for the 1st type. Then we take the tyre to dealer as he promises 5 years guarantee. He said we will send it to company and the engineer will decide. After 2 day he said it's not a company defect and we can't replace it. It's like a shock for us. A single rear tyre costs more than 20k. Our tractor was on road and agriculture work was on hold. So now we have to buy a new tyre and how can someone buy same company tyre after this tragedy event (for you it may not be but for a farmer it is). So we bought another company tyre. After a week we got a message from mrf that our claim got approved. We were very happy but at the same time we were also worried what we will do with this tyre now. We said to dealer that please give us money back because what we will do with this new tyre now. We even said him please keep your profit and give us the adjusted money. And he is not agree with any solution. He is not evening talking now.
So MRF team please help us.

MRF new tyre damaged within few days

I hve purchase the car but tyres cracking 4 tyres I hve all ready complend but u have not responded my mobile no [protected] my car is vitara brezza

I have purchased mrf tyre from arora tyre world tanda urmur for my skoda rapid car around 40 days back. But it get inflated from lateral side with in a 40 days . Arora tyre world sent this tyre to company near dav university jalandhar vide docket number 352685 for replacement. But they rejected my tyre by saying that there is no manufacturing defect.i called to ur higher authorities bit they didn't give any response. I am using only mrf tyres for my all vehicles from last 12 years. I have full faith in mrf tyres. This is for first time happened with me. I am Mohammed Kadir, working as Income Tax Officer in chennai aaykar bhavan. I have replaced new 2 front tyres from sri ganapathy tyres, krishnagiri on 28th August 2022. Where they voluntarily asked me to pay for checking of wheel balance of which currently replaced wheels.
