Maine 6th may 2022 ko ye tyre liya aur us din se chakke me lahar maar rahi hai. Do baar maine unke paas dikhaaya bole ki rim check karaao. Rim check karaaya to wo bole tyre replace karaao. Rim theek hai. Ab hum kya karen....

I, Ruta R. Karlekar purchased a SUZUKI BURGMAN on 9th MAY 2022.
VEHICAL NO. MH 47 BE 4419 .
Within a month both the tyres of the above mentioned vehical were punctured for more than 4 times with multiple punctures everytime.
Need a replacement of the tyres and a warrenty for the future of the same.

I have purchased two tractor tyre make MRF from your dealer M/s Lalit Tyres, Near C.P. Shah Petrol Pump, Indore Road, Ujjain by invoice no. 7413 date[protected] after purchasing manufacturing defect was found in one Tyre. I return this tyre to dealer but he denied to replace it. I also logged complaints to Marketing Manager Mr. Jitesh Shrivastav, Indore. But no action has be initiated therefore it is requested to replace defecting tyre & take lawful action against dealer & marketing manager,

I purchased a truck 16 Tyre Truck in the month of March 2022 with registration number RJ26 GA 6202 . Now my nearby MRF dealer is Vinayak Tyre in Bilwa Tonk Road Jaipur .. I got one tube in defective format so I told the dealer to replace the same. The tube number is 1120 now the dealer is saying that we will replace the same with 1020 now. Why should I replace my upgraded tube with a lower number tube as I need the proper solution for the same ... As dealer is not helping me in this matter what kind of services did MRF giving to me kindly resolve the issue ASAP

It is stated that I bought one Royal Enfield Bike from ASCO, Patparganj, Delhi in Oct 2020. The bike came with a company fitted MRF Tyres. The details of the rear tyre is MRF 120/80-18 ZRC TL).
The bike continuously suffered from the problem of low air pressure in the rear tyre. I was regularly filling up the air in the tyre but the level would come down to 17-18 psi immediately. Whenever the problem was discussed with puncture-wala, it was informed that the bike had a puncture. So during this period, I was required to repair a tyre puncture for five times and replace the valve a number of times.
The constant low pressure in the rear tire leads to underperformance of the bike and lots of inconvenience too. I finally got the tyre thoroughly checked up on 21 May 22 and it was informed that the air leakage was from the side of the tyre as it is not fitting to the bike's rim.

The matter was reported to MRFLtd showroom viz Shiva Tyres 880/2, Kala Pathar Marg, Indirapuram Ghaziabad, UP, India, on 22 May 2022. They replaced the rear tyre with the same description and charged Rs 2300/- for that. The old tyre is retained by them. Scanned copy of the claim forwarding docket (CFD) No 644935 dt 22 May 22 for defective tyre was sent to MRF Agency where reason is mentioned as "Side end wall leakage".

Now the MRF agency M/s Satvik Logistics at Gutam Budh Nagar, Dadri Noida has declided the claim stating that `no manufacturing defect found' [Accept No[protected] Sl no 3320]. This is in stark neglect to the Claim Forarding Docket which was based on physical demo at workshop where the leakage was apparent from the side of the tyre. I am a Gp A Gazetted employee of Central Govt and this approach to deny a genuine claim is both distressing and humilating. In case it is to be denied, the ground of rejection with proof could have been provided.

MRF is one of India's best and trusted brands in Tyre/Tube Industries. However, as a person, my experience has not been up to the expectation level. I suffered mental agony and financial loss due to MRF Tyre.

In view of the above, and to avoid reference to the Consumer Forum/Royal Enfield, it is requested that the Company may reimburse the cost of the replaced tyre and compensate me for the financial and other losses suffered by me, as they deem fit.

So I happened to purchase 100/90-18 Zapper rear tyre for my Bajaj Pulsar back in 2020 and at the time of purchase it had a small cut on the rim.
I did not notice it immediately but after about a year it had grown to the extent that it was noticeable. I visited nearby MRF Office in Campal, Panaji to bring this issue to light but unfortunately the person in charge of handling manufacturing defects was out of state (to Kerala) on long leave. Since i am also an employee, it was difficult to take leave and run after the tyre issue.
Coming to the present, since the cut had grown quite a lot i had to visit the same office again where i came across Mr, Ragul T., the service engineer who was very adamant and was unwlling to admit that such damage was possible and advised me to install a new tyre and told that fitment also will be available at the same outlet. To my knowledge No MRF outlet in Goa provides two wheeler tyre fitment since past 5 years which i promptly conveyed to him.
When i went to the MRF showroom the staff denied me tyre fitment and i had already paid for a new tyre on his advice. Mr.Ragul T is responsible for causing misunderstanding as i would not have purchased a MRF tyre if i knew fitment would not have been provided.

Dear, people be aware and do not take any car with MRF tyre because within purchase of 8 months of TATA ALTROZ XZ, one of the tyre got torn (fat gya) from middle just by running on highway and when i visited tata showroom they took me to the MRF showroom (Near Bograchatti, asansol- west bengal) Mr. Vikash Tiwari a representative of MRF tyre said sir ye stone se cut gya hai aur "company mera nhi hai ki naya laga du".

Please check photos, its surprising that MRF tyre by runnuing on road got torn, then why people are paying from so called brand MRF.

Dear friends i will request you, please purchase any tyre rather than MRF, you will just loose you hard earned money.

It is inform to i purchase new tyre set of my xcent hundui car on dated oct 2021 . But one of the tyre is damege by its self . It was reported on your company Chahal tyre world near taran wala pul g t road opp new amritsar . But from your end it is very bad to deal with your customers . No one listen our problem and we are harras from your side . I want to say that pls replace my tyre and solve the problem as soon as possible. Otherwise I will raise the complaint to consumer forum. Its request to replace my tyre and solve the problem . and also your employee always one and same answer please visit again and again and again, means so busy . please provide better customer service. Four wheeler tyre got cut due to glass while driving. What kind of warranty or guarantee will company apply for such damage to new tyre.

Complaint no.[protected] sr.no.(1221) to mrf tyres related to defective tyre replacement through dealer in month of December.
The company and dealer not responding elapsing after six month. Niether tyre returned of my car nor replace.
Even no one is responding.
I have lost around loss of tyre as rs, . 2500and harressment by dealer as well as MRF TYRE BHILWARA.

I am travelling for Jodhpur to Gandhidham and in starting phase of my tour I faced a tragedy, my tire punctured so I used my stepney after some time near about lohawat village of phalodi, Jodhpur
My stepney also get fuss
I saw my stepney tyre have a bubble in middle area of tyre
I talk about this matter to nearest seller of tyre he tell me to defective tyre
Please change/replace my tyre

I loved to use MRF❤️ Tyres from many years But few days back I purchased a tyre in my locality and i found a manufacturing Defect in that tier and i told abt my problems with Dealer and asked for refund or exchange.
Worst service i held with mrf tyres(with this dealer). Had issue with tubeless tyres air got decreasing for every 100kms just after two months of replacement. Went for service to this people they given reply to use tubes as it was an disc issue. I replaced to Bridgestone tyres for SAME DISC they are running peacefully from 6 months in tubeless. But these people given false statements to use tube as it was an disc issue. They balmed us when we had issue with tyre due to using of tubes for same tyre. The balmed why you people use tube for tyre. And asking who said to use it.

Overall worst experience and I will never recommend this false people.

pls give me a solution again to belive in MRF TYRES...

I want to replace the mrf tyre as the tyre has bursted as soon as I sold. Please look forward to my issue.

After the sundden burst of tyre i send the tyre to dealer for claim but company is refusing for claim i have purchased tyre 1 months ago only. this is manufactured fault, I don't know how to check your engineer. I m using other company tyres for more than 15 yrs. First time using your company tyre unfortunately sudden burst of tyre. I am not satisfied with your service I request you to please change my tyre kindly do needful for you loyal comsumers..

I had purchased a tube for my bike hero passion pro from a shop Gupta Tyre pucncture najibabd near tehsil distt bijnor u.p. But Tube is duplicate.please do the action on this retailer as soon as possible.
