Mrfit.in — About returning the mrfit belt and getting all our money back

I ordered Order No[protected] Mr fit belt from their site in March 2020 before it was locked down. They also gave us a 5 year replacement warranty but the company cheated us by sending us a torn belt.
They have sent the belt to a very poor quality. When contacted, they do not pick up the phone and their address is not updated on the site and even if they send a lot of mails, they do not reply to that mail.
Although MRFIt is a company fraud and I am going to demand action against that company soon, take my belt back immediately and give me my money back.
