I ordered Order No[protected] Mr fit belt from their site in March 2020 before it was locked down. They also gave us a 5 year replacement warranty but the company cheated us by sending us a torn belt.
They have sent the belt to a very poor quality. When contacted, they do not pick up the phone and their address is not updated on the site and even if they send a lot of mails, they do not reply to that mail.

The company is giving warranty of full satisfaction or money back. As per their terms, they are offering one month's diet plan but no contact has been made by the company officials there is no address given on their web page. Hence, it appears that it is a fraud company. They dont respond to my mail and there phone is shutting down too. I want to return the product to them...

As per standard it should be delivered in 4 days, but it did not reach to me and if you try to call customer service it shows number switched off.
