MRM Travels — Amount debited but bus ticket not booked

Dear sir / madam

I have booked ticket yesterday from chennai to coimbatore journey date 30/10/16 and amt rs 1600 debited from my account but not booking done

Uptop payment gateway everthing was going right once i mentioned my password the payment gateway dissappeared and neither msg of booking appeared nor any confirmed mail received from mrm travels

Please let me know what i shall do to get back my money
