MRM Travels — Did not Stopped in the Mentioned Drop Point

I travelled from Chennai to Karaikudi by MRM Bus - TN02CC1725 on 27.08.25 at 7:50pm.
My Stopping was at Karaikudi Municipality/ NewBusstand - Driver did not Stop the Bus at the Mentioned Dropping Point evenafter I remained him wice in mid of the Trip at Trichy. Driver's reply was rude and Wrost Driving. When I found through window, the bus is going in someother direction, I rushed & asked, he didnt reply properly and he told me to step out there (bit away from Old Busstand) itself. He told "I cannot go inside Karaikudi for One Person."
If so Bus Service (MRM) should not have mentioned that stopping point. Worst Bus Service.
