I book two tickets from tirunelveli to Chennai at redbus app they send the driver details I call the informed my boarding point but bus come at 1 hour late but i missed the bus because they send wrong driver details and they say to come at another location when they call I reach that point within 10 mins but they not wait, I wait for travel more than 45 mins. They behave very rude and irresponsible and i left unsupport at 12 am. This is bad experience in since I travel regular to Chennai. Was this information helpful? |
