I was travelling and I missed the wallet asap I went back to check but it was missing on my sleeper . Wallet had 6-7k it was my Hard earned savings . When I informed them they replied I thought it was 50k just for that are u crying . Like what each penny matters.
It was a delayed arrival to destination as well I came across so many complaints about them on google saying bags went missing .
I do understand it’s my fault as well but They usually clean the vehicle before the next departure. So hence it’s i filed a complaint n they called back n yelled for filing a complaint on them and said that even they could say I didn’t bring my wallet itself on the vehicle . Is that even a reply to the customers who lost their belongings ?

I’m unhappy with the service and for sure the wallet is not gonna be returned to me since it had money .
Since my personal details are shared and further i face issues I will sue them legally if called again for raising a dispute on them . Was this information helpful? |
