I ordered a product on 14th december 2018 at 11:14 pm from the website www.mrquirk.com and haven’t received my order. My order id is 4225 i did the payment as well for this of rupees 300 from my axis bank account from the bp-easebz my transaction with txn id - tqegundnss has been successfully processed. My amount deducted is rs. 300. They guys are not even responding to my mails. Please refund my money or deliver the product i ordered. Hey. Ravi tailor here. I have ordered a product on 24 december 2018 from mr.quirk, my order no. Is 9773 and i have paid for the product but not even get the product even your customer service dont picking up my call this is not a good behaviour towards the customer. Please deliver my product or refund my money as soon as possible.

I had ordered on mrquirk on 21st December 2018 and had done an online payment. Its high time now and I have still not received my order.
The same has happened to me. My order number is 24131.
I have tried calling but have never received any response.
Sent multiple emails, no reply.
There is no other way to contact them, even the message sending option on their website doesn't get them to reply.
Very disappointed with this service.
The least they can do is update the customer that the order is delayed so we don't have to keep worrying and trying to contact them.
Order placed on 9th January, 2019.
Paid for the order using my debit card.
Has anyone received their orders yet? Or the refund for the same?

It's more than a month a now and I've still not received my order placed on 20/12/2018. Even tried emailing on their email id @ [protected]@mrquirk.com but no body even see's the email. Every now and then they keep changing their numbers on website which is always not answered. Can anyone help with getting my money back.
Is there anything we can do to get our money back ? any platform we can make a complaint ?
Same here no response from them. They wont reply to any calls or emails. It's been a month. My order no is #23658 which was placed on 9th Jan 2019. There's no option to cancel the order also. Fraud website.
