This is regarding my boradband connection with nextra in the name of christina jones. Sir, i would like to state that my internet is not functioning since 6:00 am on 18.05.2020. We registered a complain and till date i. E. 19.05.2020 10:00 am our complain has not been resolved. For more than 30 hours we do not have internet at home. During this lock down period, we have to work from home and online, whom do we approach for such problems we are facing.
Prior to this on saturday 16.05.2020 the internet was snapped for 18 hours. The whole of monday we have not had internet. Our repeated calling also is ignored, they don't pick up the calls and if at all the customer care comes on line, he/she puts our call on hold for 16 to 20 minutes and ultimately the call gets disconnected. This sort of misbehaviour is a recurrent feature of the staff. Tell us where we can go for further assistance. This is sheer harassment and teasing of the customers.
