Ref : wr[protected] for pepperfry purchase :[protected]fn1759687-s-pm25358 I had ordered cardiff 4 seater dining table by hometown from pepperfry on 15th august and 1st september got the delivery. But when they assembled it, the product was a misfit and need to return. The pepperfry guys refused to take it back inspite of repeated appeal. The customer care guys just state their policy that they take it back through return procedure only if it's damaged or defective. Else they will not be able to return. I applied for return but to my horror the customer care girl gayatri very conviniently says that i should have called them and asked before placing order? To be sure of dimensions. Is this not misleading information to customers on site? Is it my mistake? I want to know what kind of service is this? Online business is not fool proof, there is always room for mistakes from seller and buyer, isn't it?? So why should customer face all the pain?? You guys take money in advance and not even thinking about customer satisfaction?? What kind of business is this? I need resolution to my satisfaction and not policies which are convinient to you pepperfry!! Was this information helpful? | |||||

As per our telephonic conversation, we will not be able to proceed with the return request for your product as the product delivered is a standard product and do not qualify for the return.
