Sir, with reference to above, I have the honour to inform you that the products form Reebok which I have received from your company on Dated 14/12/15 (Booked on 20/11/15) have been found to be incomplete and the offer which is being informed me also include samsung galaxy cell phone. The total amount paid is Rs. 5500.00 only. (COD). the items which I received are: 2 Tshirts, 1 shoe, 1 watch, 1 ATM card box, 1 bag. But I did not received samsung galaxy phone interms of offer being told to me. Therefore I request you kindly do the necessary requirements and actions of why I did not received the samsung galaxy cell phone apart from other products which I received.
