Mseb - Virar — frequent electricity cut

Dear Sir/Madam‚ I reside at yashwant vihar complex. Behind Sahyog Hospital. Agashi road. Bolinj. Virar (west).. Citizens in our area are facing frequent electricity cut in area since last 2-3 days starting from 26th Feb‚2015. Tough the power cut doesnt lasts for more than 5 minutes but still frequent power cuts leads to increased consumption of electricity which all electrical devices takes to restart which indirectly adds to increased electricity bills. I would like electricity department officer to answer to below listed questions: - why is electricity being disconnected very often without any intimation given to citizens (print/media notification) - how long will this phenomenon last in future. - can i receive ur response to my questions on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com and within how much time period. - whom to approach incase this continues and please share the official email ids of tbe contacts.
