[Resolved] Mswipe — Swiping Machine (Device ID: [protected] - Lifestyle Speech and Hearing) | |||
I have been giving them the request to deactivate and take back the swiping machine since January 2015 (I must have given the same request atleast 4 times). They have taken back the instrument as yet. They keep taking the rent every month. Their service charges against swiping costs bomb especially if it is a Amex card and they take 4 days sometimes just to credit the amount. They trouble you requesting several documents before credit the amount to your account. Their customer service team is hopeless and their accounts team is in invisible mode. Back end doesn't know what's happening with the front end team and vice versa. They do not update anything in their system and do not follow up. They always tell me that they ll call back but I never get a call back. Worst service. I got another swiping machine provided by HDFC bank which works best and their system is very straightforward. I have like 3 or 4 request numbers which are not resolved. Please take back the swiping machine. Please refund the rent you deducted from the time I gave a request to you to deactivate my account. Also refund the security deposit of Rs 2500. In case you fail to do the above I will file a complaint against you in the consumer court. I have all the documents with me pertaining to the questions I have raised. Was this information helpful? | |||
