[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — About a transaction on hold | |||||
Dear admin, This is amit mishra and i am writing a complaint about a transaction happened on 18th dec. 2016 two times of rs. 8000/ towards m/s deepak jewellers through sbi credit card. I amount is cleared and another one is on hold. So, i just want that m-swipe either clear the other amount on merchant a/c or either to me as it has been around 6 months. I am totally pissed off. I did this transaction by my sbi credit card and they have provided me the transaction slip which shows that you have received it with invoice no. [protected] and [protected]. Now, what to do?? I have mailed them so many times and m-swipe customers care is not listening to any one neither m/s deepak jwellers nor me. Please escalate this issue. Regards Amit mishra Mob.
