[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — After failed transaction money not returned to my bank account | |||
After purchasing items from Laxmi Jwellers Warje Pune on[protected] I swiped my SBI debit card. After two hours I got message from Mswipe that transaction failed. So on next day I again paid the money second time for the same item assuming failure of my transaction (due to message). SBI is saying that they made payment to Mswipe on[protected]on same day) Mswipe said that they made payment to jwellers on[protected]After 17 days). Laxmi Jweller said that he has not received the money. From three months I am not getting money back Please look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Mar 23, 2017 Mswipe Technologies Customer Care's response Dear Sir, we have already released payment on 10-01-17 to Merchant, Laxmi Jweller account. Please check this with Merchant.
