I explain my registered mobile number in mswipe is [protected]. My transaction payment Rs. 2lakh, + Rs. 2lakh+ Rs. 1lakh + Rs. 1lakh. Total of 6 lakhs ruppes is holded from 16/07/2021 stating that multiple transaction on same card. I also uploaded invoice. Whatever mswipe authority is telling I am doing from past 4 days. Now mswipe are telling that inform custmor card holder to confirm genuineness of transaction OK well and good my question is
1)where to confirm and how to confirm?
2)no response from custmor service
3) my concern is what I should I do if custmor takes advantage of this thing and product is already delivered and does fraud thing means by trusting Mswipe I delivered product so I should go behind customer or court holding invoice bills.
4)without card holder permission or his presence or pin how can I swipe card. Now technology is too smart custmor will get message otp everything right how can it be fake. Why mswiping is holding payment.
5) we trusted Mswipe why you not valueing our invoice bills.
6) The transaction is 100% genuine if not something was happening by card holder right?
I can't wait more i don't know whom to contact daily I should mail and wait or call customer service for them I should explain from the beginning so daily matter is strucked in same point.

I had called many time to custmor service, mailed to help desk, payment desk etc.
