This is so bad service I got from mswipe that since I am applying request to mswipe to return machine bcoz it is no use of me since more then one year... But they are just busy in deducting the monthly charges from my account linked... It's just loot of money

    I Dr. Chirag Mehta took swipe machine which was told to me free lifetime with all connectivity (sim wifi) which i have a screenshot from your employee mr. Lakhan said to me. On 03rd September 2021 i recieved the card machine with no sim card the the delivery person said he forgot to got. He will get the sim in next 24 hours.. which i didn't received it yet. When i asked Lakhan( Lakhan Varma
    Employee ID 6091) regarding the sim he said sir it is chargeble to rs 590/- which is a fraud charges and was never told to me. I want either sim card orwant my money back of my machine by monday.. otherwise this will be reported socially with all the proof and to the police station too.
    Attaching the chat details and also employee details who have installed the machine.

      This is in reference to Flipkart order ID: OD[protected] Asus Laptop for which the payment option was selected as cash on delivery and at the time of cash on delivery wish master from Ekart sent an link on Mswipe regarding the payment collection.
      The payment was done and reference number for the same is FMPC[protected] provide by Mswipe.
      The payment is not recieved to Flipkart neither it is refunded in my bank account.

        I have made a payment for the almost 3 week ago but still didn't get the device.
        My application no. HAPP00620009.
        Please look into this matter & try to solve it ASAP.
        Mswipe Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Please dont apply for their device, they will strat looting your hard earned money. They are the biggest liar and provide pathetic service ever.
        Rather go to your bank and ask for their machine directly, that will be much much better.

          I have done a transaction at fuel pump using my ICICI bank debit card today (21st Qug 2021 around 6:45-7:00 PM)which debited amount from my account but the mswipe machine reported error and no recipet generated. Due to this I have repay the amount in cash. Please help refund the amount for failed transaction or let me know what next step can be done.

            I have come to realize that you have a lot to improve in resolving issues, and your machine is not worth buying

            Last time, I used your machine but totally not satisfied, as you failed to solve the issues we requested for couple of weeks regarding your device,
            We requested to activate international card and after 3 months of call and mails it was not activated, and we Recieved mail from you that it can not be activated which make us to eventually return it

            We have Recieved a lot of messages and call from you asking us to reactivate and install another device and told us it will have international facility, which we did, we have install the other device again but still the same problems are not resolved

            I will advice you to be telling your customers the truth about the facilities you have and those you didn't have rather than lying to them to draw them in buying ur product and getting disappointed.

              It is very bad to say that i am complaining 5th time in 2 years but no response has been given to me by your mswipe team...i bought your machine before 2 years but your machine is not working...i am trying to get contact with your team but your helpline no. Does not connect anytime..it creates to much harrasment for me..my 2000/- also stucked...every time i complain i doent get any response..so please help me and comlain a file againt mswipe technology...thankyou..

                          But the merchant account not credited but the amount debited from my account.

                          Merchant received the message of approval after 45 minutes. For shop transaction these much delay is not acceptable.

                                    I applied Mswipe Machine on 5th of July-2021 and payment done on 5th July-2021, but still machine not received till date. I am continue follow up on [protected] and [protected] but both person not giving proper answer than we lodged complain online(tkt[protected] on 23rd july-21 but still machine not received. Each and every time they told within 48 hrs machine provide you but not delivered. Please look into this and resolve asap if you are not able to provide machine kindly requested to you please refund our money.

                                      I explain my registered mobile number in mswipe is [protected]. My transaction payment Rs. 2lakh, + Rs. 2lakh+ Rs. 1lakh + Rs. 1lakh. Total of 6 lakhs ruppes is holded from 16/07/2021 stating that multiple transaction on same card. I also uploaded invoice. Whatever mswipe authority is telling I am doing from past 4 days. Now mswipe are telling that inform custmor card holder to confirm genuineness of transaction OK well and good my question is
                                      1)where to confirm and how to confirm?
                                      2)no response from custmor service
                                      3) my concern is what I should I do if custmor takes advantage of this thing and product is already delivered and does fraud thing means by trusting Mswipe I delivered product so I should go behind customer or court holding invoice bills.
                                      4)without card holder permission or his presence or pin how can I swipe card. Now technology is too smart custmor will get message otp everything right how can it be fake. Why mswiping is holding payment.
                                      5) we trusted Mswipe why you not valueing our invoice bills.
                                      6) The transaction is 100% genuine if not something was happening by card holder right?
                                      I can't wait more i don't know whom to contact daily I should mail and wait or call customer service for them I should explain from the beginning so daily matter is strucked in same point.

                                      I had called many time to custmor service, mailed to help desk, payment desk etc.
