[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — edc machine | |||
My edc machine is linked to some other company's bank account other than the company for which the documents are provided. I have repeatedly called the customer care number but i am not getting any response or cooperation from them. I have paid the service charges for two years in advance and it has already been a month for which the company has already taken the service charges and i am unable to use the machine to accept payments as the money is not being transferred to my account. The after sales service and complaint resolving team has not even bothered to contact me and i do not see any end to this problem. I have even proposed to return the machine and get the refund of my payment but for that also i have been unable to contact anybody for the company.4000 Was this information helpful? | |||

I paid 14160 rupees through check for mswipe wisepad g2 plus ( card swipe machine) device 3 months has gone i did not get the device. i called customer support 4-5 times they always said you will have your device in 3 days
